He does seem to be acknowledging that having one "exclusive sexual partner" could impact the manner of release of one's sexual energies. I'm disinclined to believe "it's ALWAYS married guys." Some studies suggest that typically and on average, married couples have sex more frequently than singles do... presumably in part because there are more "natural opportunities." It might be interesting to determine whether more sexual assaults are committed, per capita, by married or single men, but it would hardly be evidence of causality in either direction.
