Ncuti has an excellent range in acting ability, but some parts of the scripts did let him down, he is a great actor there’s so doubt in that, look at the ending of Dot and Bubble and the whole of Boom, he shows an excellent range.

@@Zomballfish Wow. Okay, I'll explain it, step by step. This video was posted 11 days ago and only had 18 comments at the time of my post. (27 now) That is a very low number for such a popular franchise. Very... Low. . Now, skip back in time to the beginning of the current Doctor's season In an interview with Variety, Gatwa responds to fans disappointment in the show's direction by saying, "Don't watch. Turn off the TV. Go and touch grass, please, for God's sake." Ratings fell to all time lows. Other articles said the fans accepted Gatwa's proposal and 'went outside and touched grass". . So, caught up are we? :) . Oh, before you ask, my comment related the low comment count to the low ratings, In the Capaldi era, there would have been hundreds of comments by now. In the Smith era, thousands. . So, low ratings due to 'go touch grass' statement. Low comments in this video. Therefore everyone must have gone and 'touched grass'. . And since this very obvious comment by me has apparently flown completely over your head... Allow me to state... It was said as a joke. . I don't think anyone actually went outside and 'touched grass'. I think people got tired of being preached to and changed the channel. That is completely RTDs fault. He is in control of the series. (At least this year and next year) He approved the scripts. That's one of the disadvantages of being the person in control. If things go wrong, it is your fault. Always.

So, the Doctor has lost their sanity. I am convinced. Ever since Jodie they just changed the Doctor's whole purpose. It was once to explore history AND protect it. Now, it feels like the latter has been abandoned. Any action done in this clip would change the course of human history. Possibly for the worst, or the better. BUT either way the Doctor is ACTIVELY CHANGING HISTORY. The ninth Doctor and tenth had episodes showing those consequences. What on EARTH was the Doctor's purpose here? It only makes him look to be a baffling idiot who seems to have lost any sense of time he once had when stepping out of the Tardis. He gathered it from the smells, the looks, the sounds. The being has travelled all sorts of places and time through history. He would know when he is. On another note, screen writing wise what do these scenes even add?... It just wastes time... It wastes potential for character, plot, all sorts! All for a silly (for me not funny) "comedic" bit. . .

@@Zomballfish Because his characterisation of the Doctor is wrong. He doesn't feel right in the part. There is something off about him. I think most of it is down to the writing but whatever it is he just doesn't work. The writing on this has been appalling and I'm not going to blame him for that. I don't think any actor could do a lot with what he's been given.
