make sure your hair doesn't break. use protein treatments or olaplex depending on what you lack. also use silk pillowcases or hair wrap. usually there is no problem with hair growth, usually it's the breakage that keeps it short.

I'm iron deficient. Once I started taking iron pills my hair and nails starting growing so much faster, like weed. My pills also contain folate, liver extract, B12 and vitamin c. I recommend to anyone who has trouble growing their hair long to have your blood checked!

@@user-ct2ch5zb6p you have to do some blood test first to see if you are truly deficient. You don't want to take large amounts of iron if you don't need it.

Girl it took me 6 months to get the perfect cocktail with that Curlsmith gel. I know what you mean I got 2c/3a as well that shit was so strong it felt like glue. My hair stayed put and wouldn't curl because it was so strong. Your hair gotta be drenched as if you fell in a pool when applying it. Lol I do love it now with the Shea Moisture JBCO leave in. Great summer gel. And I can't rake it in I gotta scrunch only.

I have the same spray bottle. Works great but one big flaw... there isn’t a way for more air to get inside when you’re spraying it so the inner plastic part sucks in on itself due to lack of air inside. I constantly need to open it and let more air in or remove the sprayer and blow inside to reinflate the plastic lining
