Also, the "chaos" of the video and how it's jumping around so much really can show how a person with ADHD kinda feels through a day, cluttered with thoughts and everything kinda seems to be moving around you so fast. (I have ADHD)

My younger brother was diagnosed with ADHD then again he was super hyper when he was little. Now at age 24, he talks super fast and I can't understand what he's trying to say. I hate myself that I'm not close with my brother.

i take meds for my adhd theyre way less risky to take then anti depressants for example and they actually kinda help a bit
