Stephanie, you are my "Go To" baker when I'm looking for a recipe and how to prepare it. You do such a wonderful job in all of your videos explaining the "how" and "whys" of the recipe. Your tips are absolutely fabulous and I use many of them when cooking. I will definitely try heating the egg whites & sugar for the meringue. I've had some of the problems you mentioned, the 'weeping' on the top and lack of adhesion to the pudding. I'm encouraged that this will be the solution. Thank you for all of the great videos and recipes!

Thank you so much for SHOWING me how to make this beautiful pie. It's my boyfriend's favorite and I didn't want to screw it up. (Thought it might be a deal breaker if I mess up my first LMP for him). So it was nice to actually be able to SEE it being prepared. And I loved the tip about "tempering" the two mixtures so you don't end up with scrambled eggs from putting the yolks into the hot mixture - excellent advice. I really loved all of the caveats and since my Mom isn't going to be with me tomorrow to hold my hand - it was nice that you were. All the way to the end with showing how to slice it - I loved your video. I had no idea how much work this pie was going to be - but I'm excited to give it a try now. I'm going to make it tomorrow with fresh lemons off of my friend's tree. This was so helpful. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Ive used this recipe about a dozen or so times since first seeing. It's become a crowd favorite and it's requested EVERYTIME I get invited to a gathering.. I've tried doing this several different ways. But I find that if your crust your filling and youre topping is all about the same temp. When you put them together the filling better adheres to the crust and your topping adheres better to you filling and you get less condensation..
