Yeah I watched a few of your videos on it. I really had no interest in it until the tt pro came out. It was that truck that got me looking at the DB. Now I just need some good weather so I can run it. :)

​@@JasonPerrinRCVlogs My Losi SCBE is by far the best all around rc in my book!!! The DB Pro is the same vehicle just with a few "sorta" upgrades, i have all the aluminum upgrades that the SCBE in missing,to replace when plastic ones break but she is strong like bull and have not needed them yet. I run my 2nd hand Losi SCBE almost stock on 3s, (minus TLR shock caps and Savox 1258tg servo) on all the same jumps as my kraton exb, and have only ever broken 1 plastic shock cap and 1 hinge pin that also stretched the corresponding a-arm holes, so replaced arm as well., and thats all that have broken in the daily jumping and bashing in the last 2 years. it was love at first site when she came across my screen while looking for my first rc basck in 2020, which ended up being a red cat blackout xte. not a terrible rig but realized very quickly that it wasnt what i was looking for. luckily i found a local listing for a slightly used SCBE bundled with an Arrma Senton both were rtr with 0 issues for $400.00(deal of the century). i was instantly blown away and a little scared at the same time feeling the speed compared to the brushed red cat on first trigger squeeze. In this video you say how different it feels to drive the race bred Losi compared to most other non-race oriented rc company's, that exact phrase one year ago is how explained feeling around driving the racing genetics of Losi to my older brother whom got his first two RC's that month (the DB Pro and Arrma Mojave) based on the extensive and over the top research i have done on the sport/hobby. The Losi SCBE/DB Pro bridges all gaps between race and bash bred rc's. There is no regrets purchasing the Losi (even at full price)! BEST OVERALL RC ON THE MARKET! LUV YOUR VIDS THANKS FOR THE INFO!

I picked up one of this second hand for cheap and I was really impressed with it. Really fast and very durable. Mine had a v5 Arrma servo in it so the steering and a lot better than stock. the body was really beat up so Im glad to see one brand new Also, the stock suspension dont do the tyres well on road, I did 1 bash with it and they were pretty worn out after. A friend did the 4s conversion and regreted it because it ran into reliability issues like the lasernut.

I put a Leopard 3670 V2, 4-Pole Brushless Sensorless Motor in mine kept the Spektrum 130 amp ESC and run it on 4s with Proline 2.8 Belted Trenchers. The 2400Kv motor runs effortlessly with tons of power and torque. Yes the servo is the very first thing I replaced along with Exotek Tenacity HD Steering Set w/Bearings and better tires. This buggy can handle 4s and heavy big tires with no problem. Nothing in my fleet handles or comes close to driving like this buggy once transformed into a 4s rig. You will need to run a 4000mAh 4s battery (no bigger) in order to fit without much modification to battery compartment.

I enjoy the db pro but I had to drill out the pinion to replace it with the other one and now the back tire keeps coming loose and I’ll be repairing that all day today. Had to put extra washers on the rear to keep it on. But other then that it’s awesome to drive

I have a DV Pro I just put a fan on it engine and kept that pinion gear in it and it runs real good😁👍🏽

i put the 4s system from the traxxas maxx into mine and its awsome was already fast before now its just crazy and the full metal drive line and center diff handles the power great top 3 RTR hands down

Lol it’s not ridiculous smoothness is the perfect term that I would use for my losi 22s drag car that thing is smooth so I can imagine this is somewhat similar

Just paying with dbpro , yes clogging sucks , I run mine with blx 185 esc 4s stock motor and the speed pinion gear , im using two good fans directly to 4s leads

Its so controlled and well balanced its kind of boring , for me I need a track to time jumps to have a challenge if that makes sence ,.. it is a good rc , really haven't broken anything , except pin came out of driveshaft , you can use bigger pinion , even run on 4s but need good fans keep Temps down , I have large heatsink and large fan on motor one on esc keeping Temps around 100 , even on 4s , do NOT like the motor , needs a better motor or try timing like you said

How difficult is it to swap gears to run 3s? Will a Spectrum 3s 5000 100c battery fit?

you wish it was 7th or 8th scale 🤔 , well the LOSI DB PRO is about the size of a normal 8th scale buggy , it's a bit longer in length than an 8th scale buggy and only a few mm shorter in width than an 8th scale buggy 🤔🙄 🤣🤣🤣 .
