I picked up a 25mm t.95 on ebay tonight. Looking forward to testing it.

Where's the link to the manual focus points you mentioned in the video?

My dad has always been a huge Olympus supporter and fan! Ever since we were kids he would use Olympus canister film cameras, and even now, he still uses Olympus. Sending support from the #VRAFamily

Peter ..is it possible to make a video about using old / new manual lenses and how to use it on an Olympus E-M1 or E-M5 . Menu systems and what indications you still can use on your display . Kind regards

Congratulations for your purchase 😉. Why didn't you buy the voigtlander 25mm f0.95 ? Any reason or only a question of opportunity ?
@ForsgardPeter5 жыл бұрын
This one was at a reasonable price. It was used. That is the main reason.

hi! does it cover full apsc sensor or just a MFT?
@ForsgardPeter3 жыл бұрын
It is a MFT lens.
@fotoamgamgfoto36953 жыл бұрын
@@ForsgardPeter yes but MFT mount can be fut on APSC body with a thin adapter ring, and lots of lenses cover APSC as Ia lso have APSC sensor and have lenses available for MFT sonyE mounts too but still covering the same APSC size sensor too. I coose MFT to my custom APSC sensor body as it is easy to use.

I am a new subscriber and love your content. I have a G7 and GX85 and love these M43 cameras. Most of my shooting is 4k. I shoot long live events and really have 2 rare cameras that have no 4k time limit which is a godsend for me. I shoot on unmanned tripods a lot of the time with the focus locked. I never use full auto focus. Is there any way for you to consider putting up some content in 4k or maybe 1440p? I'd like to see your videos with a little more detail than 1080p delivers :) Thanks for your channel!

Most of the videos are filmed in 4K, but I have edited them in fullHD timeline. This one was filmed mostly with TG-Tracker in fullHD, but the quality is not the best with that camera. Its fast and handy to film with it but I need to consider using my E-M1 MKII on these also. But I will post my videos in 4K in the near future. Thanks for subscribing. I hope you find the videos usefull and maybe entertaining also?

Where all of the pictures taken wide open? Would have been nice if you’d have identified at least the F numbers/T number in the video for each photo

Thats true. Most of the pictures are taken wide open.

Anyone know what the difference between the original, ii, and iii are? I found conflicting remarks by people that only the filter size is different, and the third one allows for an anamorphic adapter better or something? What's the difference between the original and 2 though? I bought one used for a good price but I cant find any others for sale, so maybe i got gypped.
@ForsgardPeter4 жыл бұрын
To be honest I do not know what the difference is.

Isn't it designed for APS-C at first place?
@ForsgardPeter6 жыл бұрын
Not sure but could be so.
@AnastasTarpanov6 жыл бұрын
nope it's for m4/3 and that's great, you don't have more glass that you need, but of course 25mm sounds like logical for m4/3. I like that lens, the only reason that I'm not getting such is because is not weather sealed.
@ForsgardPeter6 жыл бұрын
I know, the lack of weather sealing is not good. Its a great risk if the weather is bad.
@AnastasTarpanov6 жыл бұрын
@@ForsgardPeter I can't go on a trip and expect the weather to be all great. If it's for movie shooting in controled environment is ok.
