Spinning up the rotor, checking the gear is up, all while on water, you have a pretty heavy workload, but it looks like you have a handle on it. Fixed wing ski pilot here, I can kinda relate to float flying, no brakes! Didn't know there was such a thing as a "gyro/trike" combo, cool. Great POV from that camera location. I like the cruise RPM.

So I noticed it was in ground affect for a few, kinda like a Mooney. You handled it right. It was ready to fly before it was ready and then it climbed right up. Nice job man! Super respect!

I find it much easier especially in high winds.
