I think if people focused more on policies that politicians implement, it would give you more insight. For example, Bill Clinton is blamed for NAFTA for signing it, yet it was spearheaded by Republicans during the Reagan administration by VP HW Bush, then went onto finalize it as President, then to ratify it and sign it, while also campaigning on it. So for all practical purposes, we were going to get NAFTA from both parties no matter who won, unless in the the extremely unlikely event Ross Perot would win (who actually helped Bill Clinton to win). It also is worth noting that the majority of Democrats voted against NAFTA, while the majority of Republicans voted yes which is easy to look for the vote count. Democrats were bonded with Unions and Unions did not like NAFTA, so it was not well received but Bill Clinton convinced enough Democrats to pass it because he liked it. He toted himself as the "New Democrat" which was essentially a Centrist Democrat evidenced by the policies he signed. But many Democrats still favored FDR's New Deal programs. Bill Clinton is blamed for repealing Glass-Steagal but few seem to realize that it was in reality repealed by a Republican initiative: Grahm, Leach, Bliley act that contributed to the collapse of the Banks due to loose regulations, though not the primary reason. There is always more than one reason, as it was in the Great Depression. Then even though Bill Clinton helped in the ascension of China into the World Trading Organization (WTO), it was GW Bush with a Republican majority that officially signed this trade agreement with China in December of 2001, while commencing to ship our manufacturing base to China at the cost of the loss of millions of jobs throughout the United States. So, either way, the people stand to lose from both parties because they keep getting lied to. Now Trump is trying to fix the trade imbalance with China that essentially was a Republican initiative going back to Nixon but the problem is that it has been 20 years almost. We have become addicted to cheap goods and the consequence is rising prices that people will not be happy about The interesting thing is the "Telecom Act" that Bill Clinton signed, which promised to bring more competition into the media, did the exact opposite and consolidated the media into the hands of a few very wealthy people. Now it was almost bi-partisan, with only a mere 3% voting against it, and you can guess who voted against it, along with those mentioned was Bernie Sanders. So people keep going back and forth on voting for one party or the other when often it doesn't matter because people forget and are not paying attention to the politicians policies, so it starts all over again. Interestingly Trump has convinced Republicans to go along with him, even though Republicans may not agree with him on many issues. But he is so favored by so many people that politicians main concern is to be re-elected. People also have a tendency to focus on superficial issues like gay marriage, over economic issues that just serves to distract people from the real bread and butter issues, particularly health care, along with decent jobs. Unless, people become more and more aware of what politicians are in reality doing than what they are saying, there is little hope. Politicians just lie. Even with the so called Obama care, people don't seem to realize the mandate was originally a Republican initiative favored by the Heritage foundation. How can we expect for health care to be better for people, when politicians are paid and bought by the Health care and pharmaceutical industries?

They(the government) love to monitor the American people but it seems to me that we as the people don't monitor the politicians who should be watched more frequently!! It funny how politicians like to say we need to monitor the public for whatever crazy reason and that's okay but once we do it to them we're infringing on their civil liberties and it's not okay to record public officials... I say we should do it and maybe it would cut down on all the BS that the politicians bring up front

Notice JR’s style of interviewing people when he’s not quite buying what they’re selling. It’s not constant but he turns his ‘adjustment’ up and down. Keeps his calm when asked to ‘agree by trapping the respondent’. This interviewee is interesting for sure but the more he talks about how people are tools for others the more I think he fits that bill himself. Hugely rehearsed monologues? Open to discuss this.

Kris Paronto wasn't a SEAL nor Army SF, he was 11b and a tabbed Ranger. This guy's info is a little off; like the US funded ISIS. Right, okay. At one point people like McCain wanted to back anti-Assad elements. Once ISIS and Al-Qaeda were in there, there was no way to differentiate who was who. That's reality, like security contractors distorting their military street cred, like this guy.
