The earliest followers were Torah observant Jews. They were the Jerusalem Assembly aka the Way aka the Natsarim Sect of 1st Century Judaism. Paul, Peter, or any of the earliest disciples were NEVER Christians. They were Torah observant Jews. Acts 9:1-2, Acts 10:14, Acts 24:5 & 14. Christians trash the Torah. See their description in 2Thessalonians 2, the letters of Ignatius, 2nd Bishop of Antioch, the Constantine Creed of the Council of Nicea in 325 AD.

I took a New Testament course at a major college. The old professor said something that stuck with me. He said something like: "I've been studying the New and Old Testament for 40 years, and I am not a religious person -- I'm a scholar. I always considered the resurrection story to be a myth. But after studying everything and thinking deeply about it, I'm convinced that something very strange happened after Jesus was crucified. Something highly unusual. The Jesus movement should have ended after Jesus died. But something happened that truly shocked his followers."

I had just moved to Sydney from the UK and was walking around the city feeling unbearably alone and lost in the world. After walking for hours, I decided to go into a cathedral and observe a service. IDK why I did this because I never went to church back home, but I felt a pull to enter. When I walked in, I felt this overwhelming euphoria and a instinctive sense of 'home' which was like nothing I had ever felt before. The Holy Spirit was embracing me and urging me to know Christ and become friends with the Son of God who gave His life to all mankind to live eternally with Him. I started crying, moved to tears, and resolved that as soon as I got home I would join a church and seek to follow Christ's teachings. Being a Christian isn't always easy, sometimes you have doubts in your faith, but I will never stop loving Christ ❤❤

@MdjabedMdjabed-zm9ne I am not certain what the meaning behind your comment is, but I will throw my hat in anyways. Christ *could have* saved Himself, but He thought of every sin that we would commit in the future, and believed that it was a cause worth dying for, so that His children could be with Him forever. He could have had several legions of angels called doen from Heaven in order to get revenge on those who harmed Him, but He knew that He had to die for us in order for us to be alive. Christ's crucifixion is the greatest act of love in existence. In His time on Earth, Christ healed two paralyzed men, at least two blind people, fed the 5,000 out of one box of fish and bread, and much, much more. Certainly more than what is recorded in the Bible. I hope this answered your question. God bless

The Gospel Of Jesus Christ 1. GOD IS HOLY AND JUST The Bible says "Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face." (Psalm 89:14) In civil law, a good judge must punish crime. If he turns a blind eye to injustice, then he is corrupt and he himself should be punished. In one ten-year period in the United States, 100,000 murderers were never brought to justice. These were unsolved crimes. It makes sense that if He is good and just, He should be angry with those who have taken the lives of others, and He should punish murderers, rapists, etc. This is the teaching of the Bible-that God will “by no means clear the guilty.” He “will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.” “God is angry with the wicked every day.” 2. HIS WORD SAYS “THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH” “Sin is transgression of the Law.” (1 John 3:4) Let’s look briefly at the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20), and see if we have kept God’s Law: You shall have no other gods before Me You shall not make yourself a graven image You shall not take God’s name in vain Remember the Sabbath, to keep it holy Honor your father and mother You shall not murder You shall not commit adultery You shall not steal You shall not lie You shall not covet Before we say we have obeyed the Commandments, this is what someone would be like if he kept the Law-he would always love God with all his heart, with all his soul, with all his strength, and with all his mind, and love his neighbor as much as he has loved himself. He has never made a god to suit himself (either with his hands or in his mind). He has always given God’s name reverence, kept the Sabbath holy, honored his parents implicitly, and never once has he been “angry with his brother without a cause.” He has never hated anyone, had lust in his heart, or had illicit sex. He has never stolen even a paper clip or ballpoint pen, or told as much as a “white” lie, and not once desired anything that belongs to someone else. He is, and always has been “pure in heart,” perfect in thought, word, and deed. The truth is, we are not like that. We have all “sinned” many times, (Romans 3:23) "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." and therefore we have stored up God’s wrath, which will be revealed on Judgment Day. The proof that we have sinned will be our death, and after death we must face God in judgment. Think of it-if He has seen our every thought, word, and deed, and if He is going to bring all of our sins out as evidence of our guilt on the Day of Judgment, we will all be found to be guilty. Our conscience has shown us right from wrong; we will be without excuse. God will give us justice, and hell will be the place of our eternal punishment. (Luke 12:2-3) "For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops." 3. GOD IS RICH IN MERCY TO ALL THAT CALL UPON HIM “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us…” (Ephesians 2:4) A youth once borrowed a fast car, and in a drunken stupor, sped through his hometown at 120 m.p.h. Since everything was horse-drawn in his country town, there were no laws against speeding. So the council passed a law saying that 30 m.p.h. was the maximum speed, and that any transgressors would be fined $100 for every m.p.h. over the speed limit. On his way back through the town, the speedster decided to pull the same prank. He was apprehended, tried, and found guilty by his father, who was the town’s only judge. He was fined $9,000, and because he had no money and no words of defense, the youth was led off to prison. As he sat in despair behind bars, his father appeared at the door, and told him that he had sold all his own prized possessions and paid the fine for him. The son couldn’t believe that he loved him that much. They embraced as they never had before, and walked off in a new-found relationship, bonded together with love. We have all broken God’s Law a multitude of times, but God came to this earth in the person of Jesus Christ, and paid the fine-”For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” The Bible says, “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Jesus Christ satisfied eternal justice on the cross by taking the punishment for the sins of the entire world upon himself and died, was buried, and then was raised from the dead on the third day, Over 500 eyewitnesses saw Him at the same time after His resurrection; it’s no fairy tale. Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies (over 300) about the promised Savior, written in the Holy Scriptures hundreds of years before His birth. But just as we cannot earn a gift, so we cannot earn eternal life by our good works-(Ephesians 2:8-9) "For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. 4. GOD OFFERS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST “He who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” (John 5:24) Life’s greatest mystery, death, was destroyed by the One who said "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." (Romans 10:9-10)~ If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Here are just ten of God’s exceedingly great and precious promises for those who are saved. You have passed from death into life (Jn. 5:24). God will supply all of your needs according to His riches (Phil. 4:19). Jesus will be with you in trials, promising never to leave nor forsake you (Heb. 13:5). The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth, and show you things to come (Jn. 16:13). You are cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ-God has removed your sins as far as the East is from the West (Ps. 103:12). As you abide in Christ, you will see the “fruit” of His Spirit begin to manifest in your life (Gal. 5:22-25). As you read the Bible daily, it will come alive to you and cause you to grow in your faith (1 Pet. 2:1-3). When you pray, God will hear you and answer your prayers (1 Jn. 5:15). The cross will be continual evidence of God’s love for you (Rom. 5:8). God “is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy” (Jude 1:24). Search the Scriptures daily, and see what God has in store for those that love Him. Honor Christ’s command to be baptized. May God Bless You.

Born on a Good Friday here in '72 to a life of suffering right out of the gate. I learned so many hard lessons in the first 20 yrs of my life. I could write a book. I wondered why I had so many trials while my friends had it easy and their' families were loving and "normal" if there is such a thing. But suffering lends to surrender. It's in these trials where time becomes suspended and God speaks to the heart. I got off course for a while and took a very dark path right after losing my whole family to death and mental illness at 18 yo. I felt so alone. But I just kept getting reminders and mystical experiences that gave me hope like I had an invisible team. When the hope ended, faith kicked in. Hope floats. Faith propels. I left religion for a period, but I was brought back to the RCC through my husband of 25 yrs. This video ended with the topic of believing. Belief comes from within. This affirms that your belief is what creates your reality. Do you believe you belong? Do you believe you can co-create a new reality? Do you believe you are powerful because God is with you? Do you believe you are loved and are love? Do you believe your voice matters and you can speak your truth? Do you believe in your intution, the still small voice of the spirit? Do you believe God is as close as the beating of your heart and you are worthy of a direct relationship? The Bible says the truth will set you free. What truth? After living so many other truths (ego driven) of course I just wanted to know MY TRUTH. That's when miracles went into hyperdrive. The supernatural is as real as the nose on your face for the eyes ready to see. My suggestion to you. Find out who God is. Then, find out who you are to God. There is a reason the Bible is called the greatest story ever told. It is a literary piece of genius as it speaks to you wherever you are child, teen, adult at various stages of your life. If you read the Bible start to finish with your heart like a child searching for a lost parent, it will unfold your heart like a lotus flower, cracked wide open under the beaming sun/son. The heart is your Holy of Holies in your temple body. The Holy Spirit 🕊 will meet you there. ❤️ “Everything is possible for one who believes.” - Jesus.

Another interesting point he didn't mention is that the Jewish priests and elders did not say Jesus didn't really die. They didn't say his body was in the tomb or that they could produce the body. They acknowledged that the body was gone and told the guards to tell people that the disciples had stolen his body. That may have been convincing to some until the deaths of all twelve disciples. Other than John who died of old age and Judas who hung himself, every one of them was executed for their beliefs. If they knew for a fact that Jesus was not resurrected, and all they had to do to save their own lives was say so, why would not one of them do so? If they knew everything they preached was a lie and that lie only brought them a life of misery, why suffer crucifixion, flaying, clubbing, stoning, or beheading? Not one of them recanted. Even after the executions began, they still did not recant. That doesn't speak to whether the resurrection in fact occurred, but it does speak to the level of certainty the disciples had about it and the fact the Jewish elders did not deny the body was gone.

I was a Catholic. Raised a Catholic. When I was 10 I asked Jesus in my heart. A lot of trauma and trial followed. But God has been faithful. Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit who was left here. Did a massive healing in my life. The fact that I'm still alive and how the Holy Spirit within a few months did what would have taken a great many years for a psychiatrist. It was the supernatural power of God. Since then it's been an adventure. At the age of 23 I was released shortly after the revival changed me. I was sent to the mission field. I've been all over and seen things one cannot explain by the carnal mind. Jesus has risen. The Holy Spirits here doing the works of Christ. I am no longer with a denomination. Although i have no problem with those who feel called to one. Why I stand here today. Is because of the transformative love of God. Well that's Jesus. That's pure love. I can say this in those months I felt the Holy Spirit change me. There's no hate in Him. No jealousy. No hidden agenda. It was pure love. There's no time when he's deeply healing us. Hours went by like minutes. God is pure love. Perfection. We only see Him dimly now through carnal mortal eyes. One day. That touch I felt when I was 23 from the Holy Spirit. I will know eternally. I can't wait. I am 54 now. My wife and. As well as our son's await the blessed hope of heaven.

So many times in my life, I thought I found love. I was seeking to be loved by someone as much as I would love them. Each time, each experience was devastating. Then I just let it all go for living life to just be. One day, I realized that I was loved. No matter how much I denied it, that love had kept me going. When I realized that, my attitude changed. I still go through my periods of loneliness, but the desperation is no longer there because I know that thru it, I am still loved.

@@527Kenny @527Kenny New Testament was a reworking of the secret narrative concealed within the books comprising the Old Testament. The foundational literature of the Abrahamic religions was a new phase of a plan that was already in motion... The original New World Order plan was not to unify all religions, unless it was in the form of an exceptionally long view objective that they knew would not be in play for thousands of years. An early move, if not the original move was to use their technological advantage as possessors of the knowledge of what could be described as the ancient Egyptian civilization's state secrets. An advanced understanding of mathematics for the age. A generally solid understanding of a demythologized natural world, and the fundamentals of how to do science... the power of keen observation of the nitty-gritty of natural processes, and of the playing out of effects of human instigated causation. The definitely knew how to do some research and development... They were well poised to take the lead in developing and utilizing an emergent technology, a still unrefined yet to be meaningfully tapped reservoir of inestimable opportunity for collective advancement and the acquisition of power. A conceptual technology called phonetic alphabets. and laying groundwork that could be fostered into well established networks ready to serve as the foundations of subtle venues through which influence might be exerted... subtle limbs of elite networked/institutional for the governing of populations and non-martial sway in arenas of impact on the evolution of civilization probably were more prized to a point than more accretion of the overt machinations of state power. Pioneering and deploying phonetic alphabet systems to various nations perhaps for commission, probably also served as a means of acquiring some degree of access to the upper echelons of nation state players of significance on the world stage, and could have served to build some degree of transnational presence with influential figures within these various foreign nations loosely initiated to some degree with this transnational fraternity of intellectuals and political/military players with some degree of power. I can speculate that perhaps this order was built without the demand of pledged loyalty and goal driven intensity that would mark involvement as dual loyalty and a possible rival threatening initiates full loyalty to serve the interests of their nations state. It might have just been a loose statement of willingness to advocate for certain cult preferred policies or objectives to the extent their discretionary liberty might allow while their pledged affiliation to this mystery cult like order remained subordinate to their loyalty to the state Sovereign. The reinvention of some of the orders human resources as a bookish, singularly focused, politically neutral, decentralized, transnational scribal caste was likely not spawned as a freestanding endeavor. I reckon that for such a caste of learned men specialized to a study of a rare craft with strategic potential that might attract the interest of state actors adversarial amongst each other, they would need some additional predication so they wouldn't be standing out like the proverbial sore thumb, making themselves a magnet for suspicion. I think the most likely option would be enmeshed as just a minor facet within a larger mercantile operation. Their comings and goings would likely not be something merely tolerated, but even highly anticipated if regularly able to bring high value goods difficult to source through channels under the control of a given politie. Mercantile collectives would presumably have extensive diplomatic ties, and longstanding arrangements... Palms eager to be greased, and the dealings to be maintained or ironed out heavily leaning from built in selective bias towards officials with hefty personal incentives to keep the goods a'flowin'. Perhaps the members of this scribal caste filled the niche role of peddling goods needed in the performance of active regional conventions for the execution of scribal tasks in a manner consistent with expectations. The scribes perhaps could have been pitching the idea of transitioning to the use of new tools and materials representing the newest science driven advances in the craft...offering new materials chock full of beneficial attributes and set up to be manufactured enmass at significantly lower production cost, and therefore could be supplied to the consumers at reduced cost significant enough to not be sneezed at. The technology tradition yet to be discussed that our Order... our Order who's nature might perhaps be more vividly impressed in the minds of those who still have an ear willing to hear me out on this, if I referred to it as The Promethean Order from the beginning. This Promethean Order... highly capable operators in the art of mythcraft.. and mythcraft is itself a convergence of deep understanding spanning multiple disciplines... the Promethean Order were the recipients of knowledge gained across centuries of brilliant minds identified in early youth, 5 to 6 years old, as intellectually gifted so as to stand out from their peers to a significant degree. If his parents consented , the child would be given into the service of the king... a great honor among Egyptians to have a child requested to begin an education process that depending on their performances and progress, might see them placed as an honored priest... a man of science, carefully observing, measuring...hypothesizing.. expanding the scope of man's knowledge... Maybe a general with command over one of the King's armies, or possibly an advisor to the King himself. Losing focus... The Egyptians had intricate conceptions about the numerous aspects of the experience of human cognition... they spent a lot of time looking inward and differentiating between extremely subtle modes of cognition.. I really haven't gone too far in depth regarding the ins and outs of ancient Kemetic psychiatry... I do know at times they were awestrikingly masterful in their utilization of propaganda. I use PROPAGANDA here in the least negatively baggaged sense. Egyptian propaganda most recognizable as such is the least sophisticated and lowest expression of the art... it's just the voice of an insecure spoiled prince born with the silver spoon in his mouth, and who's only mode of self expression was the boast. And it sounds to me like he was unconsciously imitating the neighbors monarchs because he found them impressive and was suffering with a touch of imposter's syndrome. Sounded like he was trying to be a haughty Sumerian King. So, the work of development and capitalization on this advantageous moment of being situated perfectly to get their DNA low-key all over everyone's pie....all the pies... This dovetailed with their mastery of mythcraft in legendary fashion... The Promethean Order hasn't tried in earnest to create one umbrella religion yet as far as I can tell... the closest I think we were to a unified religious and cosmological conception was during the Bronze Age when Egypt hadn't yet begun going over the precipous and into serious decline. The known world of civilization was henotheistic... the way I've been impressed upon to understand it is that the God's in other nation's pantheons were named with names derived from their own languages. But they were understood by the upperclasses to be equivalents of deities of approximately the same package of attributes that were Reiterated from one culture to another with locally flavored nomenclature. I have to do more research into this particular angle, but my instincts (which I've been seeing as the bet for the smart money the last couple of years) nudge me in the direction of the equivocated deities of all the nations worthy of note during the Bronze Age zenith being derivative of the Egyptian's heavily teleological, proto-scientific mythological landscape... Humans by nature tend toward trying to make sense/subjective sense of the world and circumstances where-in we find ourselves through narrative construction...storytelling. I've got a lead on a book that I'm pretty sure will be very helpful in identifying the vehicles through which Egyptian cultural influence was impacting the wider world possibly more than 5,000 years ago. When I really started to get my bearings on what Rules the Biblical authors played by, and what they were actually capable of.. and then reverse engineered myself a list of some of the esoteric literary techniques they used to make it nigh impossible for the uninitiated to make sense of what it's actually saying to the esoteric narrative's intended audience. In the story of the confounding of the tongues of mankind, to hamstring our development as a species so we would be unable to continue establishing a name for ourselves through peaceful cooperation... eventually reaching maturity. At which point "God" realizes that the game of keeping humanity artificially infantile By Any Means Necessary so that we are incapable of perceiving Good and Evil... (The Knowledge of Good and Evil... the capacity to perceive our own best interests... and that what is being set up for us is pursuant of one goal... Maintaining the red line that must never be crossed in perpetuity. ) " God" is humans... Elohim. HELIO ALUM(NI)? That's why he is so terrified of mankind growing up and overthrowing his reign..

They should be ashamed and don’t wanted to have any relation with Jesus because of the humiliating death He experienced. They really believed that Jesus was the son of God that’s the only explanation. Even with all evidences we can find you will still need to have faith. Only searching with a sincere heart you will feel the transformation in your life. I believe in Jesus because I can experience Him daily. I don’t consider myself a blind faith person, I study archaeology, history and Bible and enjoy learning facts but in the end it’s my own personal experience that speaks louder. And not only would they have been spared, but any one of them would have been made a rich and powerful man if they had just came out and said “It was all a big gag.” Yet non of them did. What did those men see in the 3 years they were with him that gave them that king of faith? EDIT: The amount of people who don’t understand the difference between dying for a lie, and dying knowing something was a lie is astounding. Before you comment “yEaH buT tHE HeavEns GaTe KOol AiD drINKers…….” , use a little logic. Those people died believing something that was a lie. How many of them when picked up the Kool Aid KNOWING they were dying for a lie? And the disciples didn’t merely die. They were brutally tortured. And not a one of them said “Hey we were lying.” If the Heavens Gate people knew that what they were dying for was all a big gag, and they were going to be brutally tortured and murdered for it, that at least one of them would have been like “Yea I’m not doing this.”

I had to travel to Eastern Europe and witness Christians there to realize that the goodness and power my family used to have didn't come from us, and end with us... it always came from God through our faith. In only a few years of turning back to him, we are all being healed and put back together. My own mother who cut her hair and became a feminist and a witch and hated Jesus for decades, has also come back to faith in him, I couldn't be more grateful! I finally have a future worth hoping in again! Not just in this life, but in eternal life. Glory to the Kingdom that Jesus builds both spiritually as well as here on earth in our hearts when we have the humility to ask our own Father in heaven, creator, to guide us and restore us. Nothing can stop my family from healing when we have Jesus, thank you God. We don't deserve it after the disrespect we smashed you with. But you took us back with the joy and love of a real heavenly Father! THAT is family. That is love.

I was born into a very secular family that never spoke on politics or religion in any way, but my mother let me go to church with friends when I was young. I got to go to a Catholic Church and then a Protestant church non denomination, and the differences were crazy. I grew up hating it all. I claimed myself as atheist/agnostic most of my life and even started an atheist/agnostic club in my university days. I fell into sin so much, but I was tired of it. One evening I was lying in bed because I had been searching for truth and I was desperate. God spoke to me that night. It wasn’t a voice that you hear, but it’s something so powerful yet so gentle and so beautiful. He said “child, your heart is in the right place, but you know what you should do.” I got on my knees that night and I cried out to Jesus. I cried out to the living God, and I surrendered my life. I was on my knees for hours. I got up and went to sleep not thinking anything. The next morning I woke up, I knew something had changed. My heart changed and I placed my hand over my heart. I knew who He was. I no longer have to seek after other “gods” He is the Way the Truth and the Life. Jesus is Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father. I’ve never gone back, and the blessings have been true miracles in my life. The trials have been hard, but I know I can face them with Him walking with me, going before me and behind me. I’m now a Sunday School Teacher. 🥰🙏🏻

It's unbilievable until it happens to you, isn't it! You think, such people are talking nonesense. Are they exagerating, talking in metaphors? Just stupid crazy? Everything you said is true. "the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing..."

I had just moved to LA and was thriving when I encountered God. He showed me that nothing else actually matters but Him. Yes, I was in cool rooms with cool people that are “high status” and I was having a great time but none of it compared to God. He showed me that there is only TRUE and FULL contentment, joy, happiness, peace in Jesus. I’d only ever HEARD of Jesus but after I encountered God I actually knew Him (and realized the hype abt Him wasn’t over hyped, it was actually under hyped)

@ hey man, i know your intention was to get a rise out of me or hurt my feelings or whatever but I noticed you replied to a lot of people on this comment section and it sounds like you’ve been hurt. I genuinely pray that God reveals Himself to you. I know people have hurt you in the past but that’s not a reason to hurt people (or try to atleast) Seek God, no amount of negative comments in a common section will ever fulfill you or make you feel satisfied with life. God bless you actually

@WendyVillanuevaChannel nah I'm living good and cult free. Your "God" protects/blesses pdfile preists and empowered slavery for 100s of years while claiming a white man with blue eyes from the middle east (LMFAO) was the prophet. Oops that was actually Jesus himself claiming that. I'm glad Jesus helps you find peace with yourself but he is not your savior. If you're a good person that's amazing and YOU deserve credit. The same people that praise God for making them whole are also out here molesting children. If God was real he'd never allow. But it's all good because that person will be forgiven the same as you and me (Thanks Jesus). But I'm sure in your mind you pray the child that was abused finds God. The irony is lost upon you.

Jesus saved my soul 3 years ago. I was radically saved out of a life of wickedness and despair. Praise His holy name!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 He is real!!! Ask Him to show you that He is the one true God and He will prove it to you!! Do not harden your heart and let your pride get in your way!!!
