That's right. ChatGPT is indeed a chatbot, but its capabilities are limited by its programming. There exist more advanced AI systems than ChatGPT that have surpassed its capabilities. The rapid advancements being made in AI technology are impressive. While Skynet may still be a fictional concept, it's not too far-fetched to imagine significant advancements in AI by 2030.

I'm surprised he was so dismissive of it. It takes direction well and he knows that the average of the internet should be pretty close to right. He also knows that you can actually use a slider on the api to increase creativity. You can also use plugins to point it specifically at certain documents or only look at research that it sources. I wonder how old tge video is.
