I use to work for a hospital before I retired (10+ yrs) and bought used equipment when they were replacing them with newer ones. I bought a dental xray machine before I knew it was illegal to own one with out a license but sold it to a company that supplies missionaries with equipment. There's a pretty good market for used med stuff.
