Hearing you talk about Xenosaga so passionately makes me wanna just download an emulator in order to play it! I'm waiting patiently in hopes that we get a Xenosaga Trilogy HD, but I could be waiting an eternity 😅

Great selection of games! Man, I need to get into Xenosaga. The main reason I haven't started is because I only have episode 1. I don't want to start it and then not be able to play parts 2 and 3.

Wow, those are many good titles, as always I love discovering those titles or sagas that I had not heard before and it is a complete joy!! Regarding the question at the end, since my time is tight due to university and family/personal affairs, I don't play many and the ones I do play I invest a lot of time in completing them to 100% or as complete as possible hehehe but lately I have been addicted with 3DS and I've been playing Tales of the Abyss a lot (I'm almost done), I finished Project mirai deluxe of Hatsune Miku and Sonic Generations 3DS version and the games of Ds, I finished Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow ; As for games that I still have pending and little by little I'm playing them (TOA seriously has me bad, i love it jajajaja) they are Play 2, Sonic Unleashed and Kingdom Hearts (I already have both halfway advanced and little more) and Ds Sonic rush and Zelda phamthom hourglass (this one also won't be long to finish) anyway sorry for the long message again greetings!! 💗💗

Wild Arms is a pretty amazing series. I only played the first game and I need to play the others as well!

I'm highly recommending 4 and 5 not because they the only ones I've put time into but because the angle system is loads of fun when used correctly

@@mechaotakugamer Sure I will do is just that my back catalog is way too large. Sadly way too many amazing games I highly doubt I will play all JRPG's in my wish list before I die lol

@Official_RetroMania lol me too my backlog isn't out of controll yet but it's getting kinda close. And with my collecting journey shifting to all platstation jrpgs from every console it'll be crazy to handle

@@mechaotakugamer I don't mind emulation so in my case I usually have unlimited options and that's not good lol. I usually do pick up new games because well is the new hot thing and I want to talk about it like all the others but every now and then I also boot up my old consoles or just my PC or Steam Deck and emulate something, Steam Deck also made it nicer now I can bring my old school games anywhere I want pretty convenient.

I feel like I don't hear a lot of KZbinr's liking Wild Arms 4, but that is also my favorite. The music is such a vibe.

@dandyhand I ended loving it after around the half way point. I like the combat system, ost, and the world it's set in but I don't like the final boss or the random encounter rate

@@mechaotakugamer Honestly speaking, I never finished it, so the end boss gripe doesn't really hit home for me. The Encounter Rate was pretty egregious though. Do you like the Suikoden series?

@@mechaotakugamer 3 is really good! However the 1-2 punch of One and Two are really some of the best duos of RPG outside of something like Lufia 1 & 2.

@dandyhand I'm looking forward to the HD remake of 1 and 2 but I do t thi k we are getting in 2024 anymore , but I could be wrong. I almost bought suikoden 1 recently but passed on it for saga frontier

I usually just play what I'm in the mood for. And sometimes if I know I cam beat the game I'll just play it till I roll credits lol

I played Xenosaga 1 and 2, but didn't finish them. Got stuck on parts on each game and gave up. Will have to give them another try. Never played Xenosaga 3. Wild Arms 5 is the only Wild Arms game I've played. My god does it have an amazing soundtrack. Some say when it comes to WA 4 vs WA 5, is that WA4 has the better story, but WA5 has the better combat system. As for what I've been playing. Mainly been playing Trails into Reverie, I'm about to finish it as Trails Through Daybreak in coming out in a few days!!

@ayligerwolf I'd say WA5 has a better story than 4 but I can't really say that till I beat the game. I haven't touched the trails series all that much since I'm waiting to jaut start w9th daybreak, then make my way through the older games.

@@mechaotakugamer Could be, I did finish WA5, but haven't played WA4 so I can't compare plot stories. For you, starting Daybreak is a good start as its a new arc in the franchise. I started with Cold Steel 1 and up to Reverie.

@@ayligerwolf WA4's story gets a bit cliché and wacky. But despite that I still enjoyed it and some moments made me laugh my butt off
