These are the much lesser known interviews of Tolkien: TEXT interviews
There were about 20 traditional interviews with Tolkien that ever existed;
articles were published in newspapers and magazines.
Here are 9 of them, while the rest have proven difficult to track down
- Texts are read by AI voices. Only Tolkien's direct quotes are included
- All 9 audio files are combined here -- 40 minutes of audio
- Some quotes are very unique, not seen elsewhere

MAKING of this compilation:
Compiling these archival stuff was not easy, as it required serious deep mining.
It started with a basic list on Tolkien Gateway website; then I looked through JRRTC&G and found more entries.
Next step was the slow process of crawling and digging the depth of internet to get more info on each entry.
After two months, I'm convinced the list is settled for now, and that these 9 articles are ready to go.
Next, I searched for various AI voice options and settled for this one.
Final step was the tiresome task of text-to-audio process.
So, if you appreciate it please Like and Share,
though materials like this wont be bothered or interested by 99% of the viewers.
But then again, I did these projects really just for my personal pleasure; after all, it's Tolkien ;)
