@Elvislisapresley No problem..I found the song through an app on my phone. I heard she only played that song 3 times at live shows during her first album. I was just amazed how well she sang it. I'm not saying she 's not a good enough singer to sing it but I was just surprised.

I love that she never wanted to use her Father's fame to get her a record deal. I love that she didn't want to live in Elvis' shadow or try to sound like him. I love that she wanted to be her own person standing on her own 2 feet making the kind of music she loved and not relying on her family name.

He's currently part of the "touring band" for the B-52's. So he's not sure if he'll be touring with Lisa or if he'll still be working with the B-52's. I just read that he has worked w/ a lot of bands and writes music for tv and movies. Paul saw a pic of my LMP tattoo and told my Sis-In-Law he would try to show Lisa...problem is he lives in TN and Lisa is in London. Guess he could have emailed it to her but my thinking is he prob forgot lol.

@1992itzel Yeah she's finally able to accept friend req. For a long time she had too many friends and couldn't accept anymore, the limit is 5,000. I am on her personal FB and her Fan FB. Had heard last spring from Paul Gordon keyboardist/guitarist/back up singer for Lisa that it would prob be done this fall but I have a feeling it's running behind. My Sis-In-Law dates his Best Friend of 20+ yrs. I'm waiting on her to start touring. MIGHT get to meet her if he tours w/her again.

I guess I think of Elvvis when I think of Lisa, and they were kinda opposites when I was a little kid. @MsChemicalEngineer well technically it was George not John who was doing lead vocals and the guys were back up. Eric Clapton did lead guitar and Paul played the bass line. Anyway...it's not as bad as you make it out to be..I've heard a lot worse covers of the Beatles. Obviously Lisa has the balls to do it because she did. As far as the whole MJ thing, they were both emotionally retarded and made mistakes. Can't change the past, just try not to make the same mistakes going forward.
