Shion's first house: Aqua moved in without permission and built an underground passage under it. Shion's tower: Built at a remote location in order to be left alone. Korone convinced Shion into building her a dog house next to the tower. Pekora built a ugly high speed ladder at the tower that only went up 80% of the way. Shion's third house: Korone and Chloe moved in without permission. Korone vandalised it with creepy paintings.

An update: Shiorin did a Minecraft tour of the JP and she visited Korone's house. The paintings are still there 😂. Nothing has chnaged, even the amount of beds and the tracks Shion placed inside is still there.
