感谢Jackson老师解答了我的疑惑，让我知道WING系统也可以使用SEND-RETUNE方式使用效果器。SEND-RETUNE方式是经典的做法，不过WING系统可以直接将辅助母线做推子后插入效果，并且可以路由到立体声总线或者矩阵，甚至直接路由到其他辅助母线，这是新型的方式。很多调音台并不具备如此自由的路由功能。作为OLD SCHOOL SEND-RETUNE方式 的拥趸，我发现WING这种新型的效果发送方式至少有一个好处，j即i可以避免出现效果返回通道“自反馈”的问题。

Isn’t it also possible to just use the bus as the return and send the bus to another bus when you want to, for instance, send FX to monitor mixes? I can see why people think the setup is dumb but really when it comes to the Wing. It is a lot more customizable than other digital mixers. The method he is showing is the classic routing method usually hard wired as is in the case with the X32. In fact this routing method follows exactly the routing method of X32 so people familiar with the 32 would understand what’s happening here.

claycollinsmusic yes this was posted before the update to the firmware, originally when the console came out this is one of the ways you had to do the routing. But now your good out the box with the updated firmware of course. Thanks

Not exactly wrong, just different. I think it's kind of cool that you have a lot of options with this console. It can do whatever you want it to but it will take a lot of initial work and definitely requires a skilled sound guy to setup, but flows amazingly well for the average user when designed properly.

collinscassel literally finished reading your reply and bounced into my facebook... seems the console reaped another ghost fader movement / screen victim...apparently its doing whatever IT wants to do...

Yes I have heard about the ghost Feder issue. They really do need to deal with that. It’s a new console and they need to work out a lot of kinks for sure. I do believe once they do it will be a great desk.
