Get a bench scrape! Instead of using your knife or cupping your hands to pick up the chopped veggies, you can easily pick them up with a bench scraper. Highly recommend you look into it

(i couldn’t get the exact measurements for all the ingredients but just add little by little!) lentil loaf: 1 large onion diced, 3/4 bell pepper diced, 2 carrots diced, 2 celery stocks diced, diced mushrooms, garlic cloves diced, 1+1/2 to 2 cups cooked lentils, 1/2 pack beyond ground beef, oat flour, flax meal, bread crumbs, 2tbsp tomato paste, parsley, salt, pepper, ketchup. glace: ketchup, balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, maple syrup. 400°f for 35-40 minutes. enjoy!
