@@AAPmumbai I meant allmost all are from outside of 'Dolvi' not Maharashtra. And btw JSW is a private enterprise not state government body. It has steel plants only at few locations, Vasind, Tarapur, Dolvi, Vijayanagar, Salem, etc but recruits workers from whole India. So, there would be definitely many "outsiders" at these few locations.

@@abhinavchauhan6863 Maharashtra govt policy applies to all companies. Don't we have skilled manpower here? Maharashtra's youth are also jobless. They should have first preference in job. High skilled or higher management jobs can be filled from all over India. But other jobs should be for locals only. By the way do you have factory in South? What is the local employment percentage there.?
