@@CentralCoastGarbologist according to Lake Mac, it's against WHS for drivers to hop out the cab. Not saying this is true as it's coming from a pretty stupid council. But yeah, if a bin is obstructed the driver isn't obliged to get out of the truck, move it and collect it.
