We've had deliveries with those labels. 2 days ago a New Look delivery came in. If you notice the cop with the tazer didn't fire he asked her to surrendrr peacefully, as she was nin compliant the second officer restrained her with minimal force. Ive been in the same situation due to a mental breakdown from an abusive relationship. I actually get on quite well with the copper who had to restrain me (a tiny cute blonde lol) to the point that when ever someone asks how we knkw each other we joke the day we met we were "rolling about on the floor together" What they did is aprehend her under "protection of the peace" which is a power they have to restrain someone who they believe may be a danger to themselves or others usually either due to substance missues or mental health. If the former she'll be taken to a cell, checked over by a doctor and left to sober up, if the later she will be taken to the neriest hospital with a crisis unit to be checked iver by psychiatric professionals (normally 3 different doctors with different specialisations). It's a non criminal (bylaw if memory serves) where they are free to go within a few hours.
