Literally relating the existence of the exit to what religion is. Faith that there is more to experience, more to do and live on after you’ve done what you’ve needed. Yeah this MV is incredibly made and it’s clear how much work into it, and (when you know the lyrics) it’s very fun to watch, but trying to *see* the lyrics can be very difficult. The glitchy effects often cut off words before the next line and the font and transparency effects against the background can also make it very difficult to read. I wish JT would put their lyrics in the description, but what can ya do, y’know? Still an amazing video, easily one of my favorites of their whole discography with some of the most impressive wordplay, double meanings, and rhymes from anything I’ve ever seen

Besides the heavy editing not aiding in reading the lyrics to an already fast tempo song, this is masterfully crafted. Might be the best JTM song of the year, and that's saying a lot considering the selection. Beat goes hard and rhyme schemes and flow go wild as usual. But that CHORUS bro. A little on the shorter side, but it's so catchy. It sounds almost operatic or orchestral. I could imagine that distorted lead chiptune synth being replaced with some nice staccato strings. I could also see some piano and brass filling the instrumental quite nicely. Also the vocal performance and effects fit the chorus so perfectly. Skull just sounds like a cartoon villain, because it's sort of goofy, but still clearly evil. It just works with the chords, melody, and production so well. Compliments to the chef. Make yet another addition to the "JTM songs that got stuck in head for a really long time" list.

this song is honestly so good, it really captures the entire situation with the digital circus and the gravity of the situation for pomni and jax. one of my favorite parts is “To the think exit might exist is like belief in god. it’s a comfort to pretend it’s real when you feel it’s not”. in general that’s a great line but my religious trauma really makes that line better for me /gen 🤩 you both did so amazing, thank you for this song!

Not so much the first ones but specifically "rewound we wind". I can't say it off the bat for the life of me. I discovered my incompetence of Rs and Ws when I pronounced the Destiny 2 weapon perk 'rewind rounds' to my friends over discord but it came out so awful I may have been doing UwU speak.
