Not only remote raid must be allowed in elite raid but those catch rate on mythical and legendary Pokemon after raid must be lower than standard mythical and legendary catch rate. After successful hitting about 20 premium balls on Enormous after elite raid was done but failed to catch it. Furthermore Pokemon appears as elite raid being rare too. Totally crazy Niantic's game plan.
