Had that same problem. I had to do a lot of changes to all my channels. Had too many bells turned on. So i changed my bell on only with the channels I would instantly want to see immediately when getting a notification. Was a crapload of work because I subbed to just about anyone and had the bells turned on way too many, and then ignore most of the notices when they came. Made a night and day difference. I was posting the exact same comment as my subscriber list grew to way too large. Blaming yt was easier than doing the work.
