So i see sales tablets getting high. Nokia tab t20 and t10 are stock Android tablets which are new in this field and battery life and display is superb compare to past tablet and this is the reason i am purchasing this one. Because i remember those days when i purchased a lenovo tablet in 2015 which has worst in terms of everything if you compare nowadays. Man, I wish this was around two years ago when I was buying my first tablet. Been on a Samsung Tab S7(the 11" model) and it's been serving me pretty well for university related stuff like notetaking and homework. I think iPad has the better aspect ratio for this, but they don't include the stylus in the box like Samsung do, it costs 3x more, and I found the Apple Pencil worse to use compared to Samsung's Spen largely because of the thicker nib and the fact that it didn't compress into the pen the way the Spen does when you're using it. Looks like OP copied Apple's Pencil design here.
@Angel-HC Жыл бұрын
@David Gray I guess. I owned an iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen and ended up selling it a month later because I found little compelling benefit to keep it over my Samsung Tab S7. A BIG part of that was how much nicer the Samsung's stylus felt on the display. Also Samsung's Notes app is far and away more easy to use for me compared to Apple's. Right tool for the job.

PSA on the Lenovo tablet. I bought the Chinese ROM Lenovo P11 Pro 2021 (Xiaoxin Pad Pro). Maybe it's just my unit, but the unit feels like it has a very finicky resistive touch screen when you're not holding the unit, making it almost unusable when propped on a desk other than as a video player. It's okay when you're holding it though, so I didn't return the unit because it was very good value for money at the time. Stylus loses power mid-use. You have to hit it relatively hard or remove then re-insert the battery for it to function again. But the worst thing is that when I reset the unit to check if that would fix the touch issues after upgrading to ZUI 14, it removed the desktop mode and Google playstore. I sideloaded the google APK after a few days of research. I don't use the keyboard anymore after PC mode disappeared because it's no longer a laptop replacement without it. My frustration's just too much that I post this comment on all videos I watch recommending Lenovo tablets. Hope you all par🎉don the unstructured rant.

For old people and kids, it’s easy. Are others in the family on iOS? Base iPad, for iChat and FaceTime. (Zoom doesn’t come close to replicating the ease of setting up a call to a grandparent by a little kid or vice versa. My mother couldn’t manage joining a zoom call in a million years, but she can manage to hit accept when my kids FaceTime her). Otherwise, eh, should still probably buy an iPad. People who are around old people are more likely to be familiar with iOS, so make it easy on those who might help them, and Apples parental controls are good. An older kid, like a tween or teen, who is likely reasonably tech savvy? Ok, now there are real choices to consider. Like this. Your average 10 year old would probably get a ton of use out of one of these, love the hell out of it.

I'm kinda happy seeing the tablet market at the moment growing at a slow pace. But I don't think the Oneplus Pad is the best android tablet out now; seeing now the Global side doesn't get much refreshes unlike the Asia market which specifically the China market has so many hidden gems of tablet refreshes. Just a bit of a rant; so anyone reading can just ignore. Currently, android tablets for China has the better hardware, i.e the recently released Xiaomi Mipad 6 lineup and Lenovo's Y900 (Tab Extreme for global markets). While global usually gets the downgraded & up-marked RP really makes me sad. As far that I know, Lenovo's Y900's is the only other one released using Mediatek's last gen Dimensity 9000 and the Mipad 6 out valued the Lenovo P11 Pro (especially the Xiaoxin models) in terms of hardware at similar price points. Only Xiaoxin/Lenovo P11 Pro has the advantage of better display, support for display out, decent optimized productivity apps (despite the newer OS builds removes the option for Desktop Mode by default) & more thoughtful accessories (which improves somes ideas from Apple & Samsung tablet accessories). The only downside I could personally see is probably poor software optimization for productivity work, lack of localization apps due to region locked and different markets, and folks aren't familiar with the chinese language. Also, warranty if that's a concern. Tldr; global kind of gets the end shaft of the bargain because we have Samsung & Apple to be big players in this tablet market and have their say for prices. There's so many hidden and well-valued android tablets from China that I've discovered and most Global folks won't be able to find and experience them which is a shame. So yeah, I don't think the Oneplus Pad / Oppo is the best android tablet out there, there's so many great alternatives for multiple workload and entertainment needs. Again, thank you for making these kind of videos, especially goin' deep dives into photography oriented phones and not following reviewer terms that it's okay because of "average consumers". Software support will lead to more power consumption) - accessories are cheaper...59€ for Pen 3 for exemple But true, Oneplus Pad has some qualities : - Dimensity 9000 makes it more powerfull than Galaxy S8 - fast charge - in Europe, Oneplus offers 149€ of accessories with presales...than mean you can have the keyboard for free...interessant! And you've got 2 very different choices in term of screen ratio, so it depends of what you prefer to do with your tablet : - 15/9 on Lenovo is better for videos... - 7/5 on Oneplus is better for reading contents
