Thanks, TK, for this very complete review of the OnePlus Pad. I am receiving mine on May 15th. Great to see OnePlus provided these to KZbin reviewers early, so the customers will be ready to go on Day 1. Hopefully the Pad will work well with the OnePlus 10 Pro. I really hope OnePlus is committed to updates and will move to Android 14 and Oxygen 14, when that is launched for tablets. Thank you for the work on the channel, and my best to you and your family.

Great video, really appreciate the info you included here, especially the fact the you can fold the keyboard back and it magneticly holds, haven't seen that in any other videos. A small piece of feedback, you say the word configure/configuration a lot, often in ways that doesn't make sense Thanks for a great video, inspired me to buy a OnePlus pad for myself this black Friday

Thinking about picking this tablet up since I just bought the OnePlus 11 5g. I don't know though because I would rather get the OnePlus 12 global as I think it will be the phone to get in 2024. It's looking very good even up against Samsungs overpriced $1299 S24 Ultra.

I ordered both the 12 and the Pad after selling my OnePlus Open. But the main difference between the 11 and 12 is the cameras. The 11 is still a great device in 2024.

I always watch TK's reviews before I purchase any smart phone or tablet, I pre-ordered this about 2/3 of the way through the video, I've been waiting for a new flagship android tablet to replace my old Asus ZenPad 10, it's going to be nice to have a tablet with current security updates so I can use it for more than watching videos.

So as long as they update it to 13.1 It should be able to. From my experience with OPPO devices it's a software feature that has to be baked in the OS. So yes it should work with it. Right now OP is only saying the 11 will be supported so let's wait and see.

If you were considering a Chrome OS based laptop then this is going to give you a very similar experience The only benefit of full laptop would give you is if you need Windows specific applications

Good review. The OnePlus Tab is a nice device FOR SINGLE USERS ONLY. It's HOPELESS for families. Seriously don't buy it, I did and took delivery today and quickly discovered one MASSIVE failing. There's no option to switch users from the lock screen, so it's hopeless as a family device. Oneplus won't even recognise it's an issue. Their solution is that the last user must first login, then switch to the next user... because they think that's more secure.... So it's more secure that everyone must share their passwords around to be able to change users. Rigggght. Take a look at your competitors and get back to selling phones (of which I'm a long term fan). Time to return the device and buy a Pixel Tablet.

This is not a competitor for the Ultra by any means. Keep in mind though that the ultra is over $1,000 and this starts at $479. So you definitely got the better tablet and I don't recommend this to somebody that prefers to use Ultra as their tap choice.

This isn't the market this tablet is aiming at. Most users much like phones don't need the most powerful expensive devices. The aspect ratio is much better here too.
