The fact that this is controversial is insane. You don't get to break into a country and have children and expect that you deserve to stay as a result of this. Nobody forced you to do this. Not only that you either did this out of sheer irresponsibility or it was calculated on your part as an attempt to try to stay and manipulate our system to do so. If your child wants to stay then they're welcome to because their US citizens even though they shouldn't be and in fact birthright citizenship is something that needs to be removed immediately, But again your kid can stay and if you don't want to take them with you then they can be adopted and there are a lot of families in need of children who can't have children.
