This made me cry, it reminds of my mother who just got diagnosed with stage four terminal brain cancer, a brain disease and lung cancer. They told me about three weeks ago, she has two months to live. There are so many things I regret, and so many things I wanted to do. The lyrics, just really hit home for me.

Edisa Kuroki The original song 'ningen datta', can both mean 'I was human' or 'No longer human'. The song is based off of a story called 'No longer Human' (Ningen datta) by Ozamu Dazai, which is about a man who returns from war (supposedly ww2 since the Japanese took part) and talks about his struggles returning back to a normal life because he killed so many people, he couldn't see himself as human anymore, but a monster. The story is actually based off of Ozamu Dazai himself because he served in the war, and after the book was released, he sadly committed suicide shortly after. This is just a theory, but when the it says 'my memory becomes paralyzed', the main character probably doesn't want to remember what happened in the past because it was too tragic.

Hey man this might just be me being dramatic and whatnot but (: here it goes I doubt Juby herself will read this, but this has been on my mind since your last song. I've been fighting with depression and other things lately. The depression itself built up for years but it got to the point of 20 pills a week at the end of last year. That's probably nothing compared to what other people have done to themselves, but that's not the point. I've been on antidepressants and antipsychotics for a few months now. I've been a lot better with those, but I feel like I've been missing something since I've been on them. I don't know you and I definitely don't know what you're going through and I honestly probably sound really stupid typing this all out on a public comment section, but I hope by chance you'll read this. Please fight through all of it. Maybe these medications won't help us cure our depression, but please fight through it. I've barely listened to your songs up until recently so I'm not saying this as a fan. Maybe things were meant to do us wrong so we could do others right, or ourselves right. And it takes so much time to do right, and one stupid decision to do wrong. But one right we have suppresses all the wrong even for just a few moments. You've done well. Thank you for being here.

I imagine... A girl leaving the hospital with a broken heart and bandages covering the gashes and bruises left behind from that night only seven days ago. She dreams of a way to go back, back to a time where she could change the events of that night. She stands there in golden tint of the near setting sun and she blames herself for having no one left. She blames herself for his death. The death that she so desperately wishes was simply a fantasy created by her own sick mind. But this reality can be so cruel. She ran and ran until she got to that same bridge and reality struck like a blade to her heart as she saw the flowers, candles, pictures, and offerings left where she and her soulmate were separated by fate. She was alive, he was not. She broke. She cried. She poured her heart out to the pictures of what he once was, begging fate to give him back to her as if it would change what had happened a week before. But he was gone, and she would never see him again. She found herself sitting on the railing of the bridge under a crescent moon and a dozen stars, hours after arriving. So with blood shot eyes and a tear stained face, she opened the locket to a picture of the two together.
