I really like this interpretation, taking context from this song and the follow up Love eat -Dear Maia- : The main couple here have a mutual twisted, toxic love between them. The main girl featured here is Maia, and the boy WANTS her to be obsessed with him. He hangs around other girls to feed into her jealousy. She does become so jealous that she feeds the girl he was hanging out with, to him. He vomits not because he loved that other girl, but because he love Maia so much that he is repulsed to have another girl inside of him. Maia eats his eye to have part of him inside of her, a sort of love, claim of ownership. She gets off on the power she perceives herself to have over him. But the tables turn, because the boy the mastermind all along, and she became his puppet of love, acting the way he wanted her to. To become singularity obsessed and in love with him. He takes her life, and the x around his neck represents him taking his own, shortly after. They'd spend the afterlife together, forever, likely in hell because they both are kinda awful.

So from what i could gather regarding a meaning to this relationship between Kujima and Maia. Most on the original video by biz, feel that Maia had been prowling to find victims when she stumbled upon Kujima and decided upon him as her next target to forcibly accept her pseudo love. And his reactions in Love Eat Dear Maia are Kujima trying to sort through his feelings after killing Maia, and ending the abuse she put him through. So Loveit tells the story from Maia's perspective about how she found a new victim and then, was overjoyed toward the end when she believed that Kujima accepted her pseudo love, before he kills her. Then Love Eat Dear Maia, is about Kujima trying to sort his emotions and thoughts out after having been trapped and abused by Maia.

Everyone has different ways of thinking but in my opinion the plot will be like this: according to the description on their original channel Biz (in their community post), there are two main characters: Kujima - the male lead and Maia - the female lead. Maia is the child of a butcher. And Kujima is an employee of the s*x industry "Boy Meat Girl"(?) (in addition, in 0:33 are other employees of that industry). One time, Maia went to where Kujima worked and accidentally saw him (0:24) surrounded by women (0:23). Out of interest, she started approaching him. According to the poster in 0:12 the name of the missing person is "Abbie Baley" and near the end of the video (2:12) shows that the person seems to be someone familiar to Kujima (bonus in 0:40 the girl with Kujima is her).So Maia decided to eliminate her (0:46 - 0:48; 1:21) and keep him for herself. After killed her (0:10), she used her meat to cook for Kujima to eat. Later, when Maia whispered in 0:51 , Kujima realized it and vomited (1:17). It seems that being the daughter of a butcher gives her a strange feeling of wanting to butcher people and eat them like there’s nothing strange like the her family job does and considers it a hobby. Kujima later turned the tables and obediently followed what she "taught" him, contentedly following her wishes like an obedient boy doing his job (again, he worked in s*x industry so it's understandable that you have to obey your "master's" orders).
