Thank you for reaching out🙏🏻🌸 we’re glad you discovered Isfahan's rich history through KZbin! Besides historical sites, Isfahan offers many other experiences: 1. Zayandeh Rud River: This beautiful river runs through the city, and you can enjoy walks along its scenic banks, especially near famous bridges like Si-o-se-pol and Khaju. 2. Food and Souvenirs: Isfahan is known for its unique cuisine and traditional sweets like *Gaz* (Persian nougat) and *Sohan* (saffron brittle). You can also shop for beautiful handicrafts, including carpets, miniature paintings, and tilework. 3. Local Parks and Gardens: Isfahan has many parks, like Nazhvan Forest Park, where you can relax, enjoy nature, or visit the bird and butterfly gardens. 4. Art and Culture: The city is a center for Persian art, with art galleries, music performances, and cultural festivals throughout the year. You could even see artisans working on traditional crafts. 5. People and Traditions: Perhaps the most memorable part of Isfahan is its people. You can experience the warmth and hospitality of locals and learn about customs and traditions that make the culture so vibrant. If you ever get a chance to visit, you’ll find that Isfahan is more than just its history; it’s a city that beautifully combines the old with the new😊

Thank you for sharing that with us! It’s wonderful to hear that you're interested in visiting Iran. While it’s challenging without an embassy nearby, you could try reaching out to Iranian embassies in neighboring countries, as some may be able to assist with visas for Bangladeshi travelers. In the meantime, we’ll keep sharing Iran’s beauty and culture with you through our videos😊🙌🏻

Yes, the history of Jacob Synagogue is indeed rich and meaningful. It's fascinating how the community has preserved the synagogue and its traditions for centuries, maintaining the cultural and spiritual heritage of the area. The synagogue, along with the nearby historic caravanserai and the ancient Jewish cemetery, stands as a testament to the resilience and continuity of the Jewish community in Iran. The preservation of such significant sites allows future generations to connect with their history and heritage, keeping their traditions alive🙂

0:22 Serah bat (daughter of) Asher Cemetery, Esfahan (Hebrew). Thank you for this beautiful tour my dear Iranian sisters (Khaharam & Azizam). It is important to point out. The Jews of Iran are definitely not free. (as with many other minorities, such as Kurdish, Baloch, Bahai, and of course Iranian people themselves) Jews in Iran are scared and forced to make a show of allegiance to the regime. I know this personally from Iranian Jews I know very well, who have left Iran and have told me their stories, of how hard it was for them to leave Iran, how they would always have to leave one family member behind, how people would be arrested, one story involved a mass arrest at a wedding which including the bride and groom. The Jews should put money and fix it up a bit, and plant flowers in the garden there, and repaint, etc. They should treat it the way Muslims, Christians, and Zoroastrians treat their places of worship. The place is a landmark, and its holy ground, Persian Jews trace it back to the time Hebrews were freed. I would love to see it brighter, thanks so much!
@MMTours-17 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment🙏🏻🌸 We completely understand your wish to see Jacob Synagogue, with its deep heritage and meaning for Persian Jews, preserved and brightened up. It truly is a landmark that traces back to significant moments in history. Many in the community share this sentiment, but upkeep can be challenging due to limited resources. We hope that by sharing its story, we can raise awareness and appreciation for this historic site. Thank you for your kind words and for supporting our journey to showcase Iran's cultural heritage!

Are their many Jews still in Isfahan? I heard there are thousands there
@MMTours-19 күн бұрын
Yes, Isfahan still has a Jewish community, though its numbers have significantly decreased over time. Iran, including Isfahan, historically had one of the oldest and most vibrant Jewish communities in the Middle East, dating back over 2,500 years. Today, the exact population of Jews in Isfahan is not known, but it is estimated to be around 1,000 people. Although the number has decreased over time, the Jewish community in Isfahan remains active. They have synagogues, such as Golbahar Synagogue, and continue to observe Jewish holidays and traditions.
