@@DirtyDoctorDan these lyrics are cheesy ? The lyrics in “Electric Eye” describe how satellites can watch your every move on earth, how we are being monitored….. the lyrics are quite ahead of their time. Even though they had satellites in early 1980, there was not a lot compared to today. Lyrics are inspired by the book “1984” by George Orwell, where “Big Brother” is called Electric Eye and he watches over everybody and knows what they do. This song might be the one with the least cheesy lyrics in Judas Priest entire discography, and it portrays todays reality for a large portion of the world. Had the absolute privilege of finally seeing them live two years ago. The fact that Halfold sounds even better now is insane. Half the bands from the 90's don't even sound half as good as Priest does 55 years after their founding.

Judas Priest, POR SIEMPRE 🔥❤

I still think that this is the best song that Judas Priest ever made... I like the anti-surveillance-society message in it... It picks up where the toxic technology of Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" left off... These songs don't merely have "kick ass sounds" in them on the surface, they speak truth about the fucked up world we live in.
