Mister Pinchy Rob sings this song great live. In 1990 and 1991 he had a lot of vocal issues. There are some really great live versions of Painkiller in 1991 though. One of the best ones is a show they did in New York in 1991. Rob sings Painkiller almost perfect in that performance. Although this tour he's been singing painkiller better then he has in 15 years.

I think this song is one of the best songs Priest has in their set list. Not because it is played to perfection or just sounding like the record but because of the energy it has. It is a killer live
