The metal genre was invented in the late 60s, at that time there was no trace of Judas Priest. The band didn't really take off until Glenn Tipton joined in 1974.. They contributed to shaping but did not invent the genre.

They were in peak form here, brilliantly rehearsed, warmed up, well-oiled, utmostly professional.
