Heck yeah. I was thinking during her testimony that if I were a parent not willing to do the work, she'd be the very last caseworker I'd want. No wonder the courtesy worker said that mom had problems with the primary worker; she can't blame her own shortcomings on this worker.

Yikes. Atty Grant needs to be an investigator herself. She combed through those docs, researched online, called employer and questioned every single weakness. It's too easy nowadays for the average Joe to put together official-looking documentation, so this is an important reminder to workers and courts to authenticate any paperwork that is being offered.

I've seen her in a few court videos and I completely agree. She is extremely detailed and takes her job seriously. I watched a video earlier with bsomeone that had the same job as tasia and it was an embarrassment. She gave all the wrong details and it took a lawyer being very confused and questioning her before she looked at her notes and finally gave the right details. If that lawyer wasn't paying attention the case could've gone a very different way. Essentially she was saying this mother did everything she was expected to do but once the lawyer questioned her and she referenced her notes it came out the mother actually did everything wrong and was putting her child at risk.

Mom may have resisted providing an alternative caregiver for the child in hopes of being released. County has to be small when the Sheriff is working as the dispatcher. An hour virtual visit is too long for a 2/3 year old. Multiple 15 or 30 minutes visits would be more effective.

Mom looks as if the courts are a inconvenience to her,she is yawning, seems she can not sit still, she can not/does not appear to want to pay attention she’s constantly turning her head around looking every where except at the going ons in court,it’s really a-shame how pathetic a parent will act when trying to regain custody of their child back,I would be doing back bends for the courts if asked to get my children back if they were taken from me,I would do exactly what was asked of me,plus things that would improve me and everything about my living situation so my children could come home to me,if it meant 2 jobs,I would get 2 jobs,if it meant a spotless house, believe me my house would be spotless,I mean I would do anything and everything necessary and I would get it done on time or early,I could promise that….I will not ever understand these parents that are just inconvenienced and think they can lie to the courts and the courts will not check out the information these parents are reporting to them, you can almost pick the parents that will never ever do the right things for the best interests of there children, they must only think of themselves, why have children to begin with,it’s hard to raise children, very hard,it’s a 24/7 job with no breaks for most moms, that’s the hardest most demanding job ever I can think of,if you don’t have a good support system you might should think twice about having child/children ✌️

Just goes to show when a child is that young, it doesn’t take long before a child will forget who you are. They only recognize those that LOVE and support them on a daily basis. I can’t imagine that didn’t break the Moms heart. If it didn’t that would speak volumes to me. That fact that mom isn’t utilizing every chance she gets to see her son is equally as surprising. SHAME ON HER! Any empathy OR GRACE I might have had for her just went out the window.
