With her ex husbands, she never just divorced them, she always needed to smear their names, destroy their reputations, break any family and friend relationships they had, try to have them arrested for the most heinous of crimes...and then murder them. It is stunning that so many people fell for her act for so long. She doesn't seem THAT smart. It would seem that the people that did fall for her schtick did so because they themselves have rather superficial ways of looking at things...essentially because she was conventionally attractive. It's said that she always talked total rot. eg Before Tylee became not-thin (and therefore became objectionable to Lori and her family) Lori used to say that Tylee was her dead (probably murdered by Alex) sister re-incarnated. She ALWAYS claimed that God spoke directly to her. To most sane people this would be a huge flapping flag that she was either an appalling egotist and liar, or nuts. Neither really characteristics of a person you'd want anywhere near you. Yet........ Charles Vallow's sons from his first marriage reported to their mother things that Lori did, and that she allowed to go on, and their mother immediately got a protection order to stop them from being around Lori. The psychologist who assessed Lori as a result of this court order also wrote that Tylee should be removed from Lori's care immediately as they believed that she was in danger of imminent harm......No one paid attention. Even when Charles and Lori were described as 'having an ideal marriage", at the same time Lori would physically attack Charles, even if he were driving, and scream and shout at him and in front of the children. She also constantly told him he wasn't good enough for her. Why did he put up with this?

It seems logical the law was enacted to limit the number of people testifying as victims, i.e. friends, cousins, etc. It does not seem logical it was ever intended to exclude a sibling which in this case the sibling would take the place of the deceased parent. The law applied literally would allow a dozen children to testify and deny a sibling even if that sibling was the only survivor of the victim. It seems logical that was not the intent of the law. Judges must, in reality, also consider the intent of the law as well as the written words. I seriously doubt that "all men are created equal" ever intended to be meant as only those born with male genitalia be free. For Lori, via her attorneys, to try to deny Tammy's deceased mother's sister to testify is just one more example of her evil heart.

At the very end of this video, I zoomed in on Lori when the judge asked counsel if they were able to wrap everything up for sentencing on Monday.
