This case felt like a "pissing contest". Petty, dramatic and uncalled for things were thrown around that didn't need to be in order to solve this case. Both of these women have issues that need to be resolved, as do we all.

Re: Boat case. Some family members are just trash and no amount of helping will change that. The defendant knew she was guilty of allowing her son to pan handle. It’s a shame that people are being busted for panhandling with their children and then drive off in a Mercedes.

Thinking you could just store a boat on someone else's property, and then later dismantling it on site, is the ultimate in ignorant.

By god those sisters are both terrible! Spreading all kinds of rumors about the other one (bipolar this, gambling that, pot smoking). Usually, a court does not allow this kind of bad mouthing without proof. I am very surprised how calm Judge Jenkins succeeded in staying calm. She is a very good judge.

The bible is fulfilling itself. Character flaws of the plaintiff were not the issue here. We all have them. How did the grandson of the defendant sister think it was okay for a 25 foot long boat to become a permanent home on his aunts property is beyond me. She was nice enough to give him sufficient time to place it on her property. How does anyone decide to accept a boat of the size and not have a proper place to store it? It is ridiculous. Then the defendant sister decides to name the plaintiff character flaws without looking in the mirror and correcting her grandson. I am so glad that Judge Faith ruled in favor of the plaintiff. It is only fair. Hopefully this young man will learn to make better decisions in the future when it comes to storing property

Really? You ruled without seeing ALL of the evidence. They said they had texts, that could've been the deciding factor. But no rule when you don't have ALL the evidence. Evidence is key to cases, yet your a Judge that doesn't look at all of it all the time.
