Feel so bad for Fleischer. He was so chirpy talking to his staff at the beginning, then as soon as that first DUI came along it killed his mood in record time. :(

The 31:20 mark case is interesting. So can someone explain to a silly person like me what "on the record means", isn't everything that happens in this court room is on the record?

no, some do things differently. In my county probable cause is done with a lawyer, there you arent required one, like how he isnt required to wear a robe

PC shouldn't be able to be found before video corroborates not "oh if video is found then we can kick it later", seems like a waste of taxpayer money
