He can't be jailed unless he violates the order. If he did show up, and the complainant called the police, then a jail term would be next. He said he was going to violate the order, but he hasn't yet. If he does, they can arrest him. I think rather than warning him off so he can be sneakier, letting him go and get himself arrested might be better for the neighbor he is harassing. I don't think anything sort of a decent jail term will dissuade him.

I’d be more than happy to write one if I can figure out for sure where was judge Zach, I don’t remember the information so I have to find that out, but I’d be more than happy to write a letter. It’d be more effective, though if other people would write a letter instead of just talking in here about being disgusted with the guy not calling him out on contempt of court, he saying he’s gonna outright disobey the order and all that stuff that’s just ridiculous and judges need to know but the public is listening and the public is not happy. If that happened to me and I had someone threatening to do that and I had a protective order and if something happened to me you damn better believe I’d be showing that judge for not taking a threat that was just made in front my son and the judge.

I have a neighbor who thinks that if he yells at his wife, threatens her, intimidates her, and seriously puts her in fear it's all covered under "Freedom of Speech" as long as he doesn't touch her and he shouldn't be punished. Eric Martin (SovCit) thinks he can say whatever he wants whenever he wants and can't be interrupted because it's "Freedom of Speech." We have done a good job teaching First Amendment but we have forgotten to teach that it's not an absolute right. There is no absolute right to speak whenever you want to (like not yelling "fire" in a crowded theater or interrupting a judge or inciting violent behavior or threatening or harassing someone) and that needs to be taught as relentlessly as the right to speak.
