The guy told us he was the new owner. Then we take him to court and all of a sudden he want to be just a manager of the business. Bottom line, I heard this guy works with the guy that owns the business to work the system. So like Joe Brown said, it sounds like an inside job and it was

Yea I had my car broken into at wal-mart once I think I will just sue some nameless Joe making hourly who collects the carts for my losses, hes responsible right? he was in the parking lot at the time What? why wouldn't they sue the owner of the store at least, why some employee? If I go through the trouble of suing some guy, I would definitely do my home work first to see if I even have a chance of winning, or at the very least make sure I was suing the right guy someone who is actually responsible for it you know. But this idiot clearly went for the sue first ask questions later strategy
