Sometimes when you get scared, you cry, and I think that her being in the courtroom and relating that story was very traumatic for her, so she cried. She wasn’t exaggerating. When he opened her car door, he probably scared the daylights out of her and I know, cause I’ve experienced that too when someone has yanked open my door, and I thought they were gonna clobber me or jerked me out of the car. She didn’t know what to expect. He sounds like an abusive person and he scared her and she reacted and all she wants is her medical expenses and I really did not appreciate the way Judge Judy was yelling at her. True maybe I don’t know the whole story and what happened but she still didn’t have to be so mean to her. The other thing is when people are raised in normal household and don’t get screamed at or hit or something, then to be around somebody who treats him like that is very frightening. Believe me, I know.

Though your claim is a possibility, what I was thinking, the other twin cut him so they have a case against the defendant. I also feel like, the mother knew about the cut (but that's just me) because, JJ said in the end, they didn't have out of pocket money to pay for the damage of their car, because maybe they paid for medical bill.
