JUDGE KISE POST-BUFF (DON’T USE THIS ARTIFACT ON HER…) - Epic Seven
I want to test her with this artifact but as you can see, it never proc. Just use any damage artifact on her and it will be better.
Honestly, i don't think she's any better with this buff. She's still too slow to be used as an opener while her damage seems to be lower than before the buff. She still needs a team to make her shine.

That Ravi player definitely was painful to watch... Sure the possible reason why they didn't want to s3 was to prevent DB Senya from popping her passive, but not SB is another thing they slept on. Probably great gamer, but not great risk taker.

Honestly, they just changed her from an opener style character to cleave damage unit. Does that make it a buff? Honestly, with her Spd in general, its a better change for how the current meta is than where she was. Granted this is from someone that doesnt have her.

could someone explain to me please how jkise gets a turn instantly ? after she uses s2 i mean

she uses her sb on s2 to get an extra turn GS prob recording a replay so it wouldn't show

they changed her SB to ignore resistance. Her S2 now gets 25% CR per enemy (like Flidica) so it's 100% CR push with 4 enemies.
