Our hearts go out to Judge Tolver in the passing of her husband. Homes are appraised and valued by all the features in the home,location and comparison to other homes in the same style. This seems like a modest home but classy and suited their needs with 6 sons. Is her home for sale It is very spacious and lots of windows. Seems her view is lovely

I absolutely love Judge Lynn Toler. My idol for life. The housing market has shifted and I see why 1.2 million is asking price for this home. The backyard is to die for. Judge Lynn and Big E probably raised all of their boys in that 3300 Sq ft home. That's a lot of square footage. The home fits her laid back taste. I give it a 7.

This house is beautiful. I love her decor, classy. Truth be told, Arizona, California, and Nevada homes have skyrocketed. I used to reside in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and houses are in the million-dollar range, with no beachfront or land. Most owners keep their homes very lovely, such as what is here. You are paying for location only. I resorted to moving to central California to afford a decent home. I paid 380k with 3 bedrooms and a pool. The previous owners took excellent care of the house I purchased. I did not have to do any fixer-ups just brought my style. I rate this home a 10 on how beautifully it stands inside and out, but the price I rate is a 4. It is significantly overpriced.

This is a typical home that I think Judge Toler would choose. She is not a flashy over the top person. I love the home. It’s beautiful and cozy. If she and BIG E liked it. I Certainly love it . I am so very sorry for the padding of BIg E as she always so lovingly called him. He was the love of her life as you could always tell by the way she talked about him. As for the home I definitely give it a ten.

One of my favorite architectural styles--the mid-century modern ranch--with updated upgrades! In my neighborhood (south Georgia), this home might sell for around $300K to $400K. The reasons it's valued at over a million are probably its location and an association with a famous celeb. I wouldn't be surprised if Judge Toler has real estate holdings worth several million$. She's a brilliant woman.

The value is correct. Over 3,000 square feet. I also took the land into consideration. In major cities, homes with less square footage and NO yard are valued more. Would I buy it, Yes, if I could afford it. The house also looks like it is an older house, well-built. You can't find houses that are well-built anymore.

I felt instantly home. Instantly AT Judge Toler's house from thé colours and cozyness. , Thé kitchen is small but fonctionnal, I was watching some housses from Architectural Digest . I fond it curious, that some célébrités Had thé most stunning, amazingly decorated spacious, luxuriously équiped and they don't even Cook or dîné in them. No bedrooms to visit, too Bad. I clicked on to see what were the hidden gems to make this home so expensive, some times I know people pay for the location but Arizona is mostly desert and I believe one of the cheapest states to buy land in the US... didn't see any hidden gems for 1.2 million, also don't see why someone who had their own TV show would live in such a modest home? 🤔

I think the grounds are beautiful. Compared to other homes even apartments I agree with the 6. The furniture is not that expensive. I would have enjoyed seeing some black art. Very cold feeling,not warm. Just my opinion.

These days, be blessed with what you can have. I've seen people that have the most beautiful homes and the bling bling cars, guess what, the cars were rationalized to small, yet affordable and the home was downsized to small and affordable. I don't judge what ever makes him/her happy. Believe me, come from living in the hood to living nice now and I do not complain. I am blessed than some. I am still here to see the sun and life, and I have a car that is paid off and I live comfortably. Blessings to all and mostly, Judge Toler.

10 from me it’s well preserved, it’s beautiful. You see some people must realize that she’s a judge so she should have a big two or three story home with a swimming pool in the backyard but guess what yes she could have had her home this way, but she didn’t so get over it and you do you or try this if you don’t have nothing good to say then just don’t say nothing how about that?
