I absolutely love Judge Lynn Toler. My idol for life. The housing market has shifted and I see why 1.2 million is asking price for this home. The backyard is to die for. Judge Lynn and Big E probably raised all of their boys in that 3300 Sq ft home. That's a lot of square footage. The home fits her laid back taste. I give it a 7.

This house is beautiful. I love her decor, classy. Truth be told, Arizona, California, and Nevada homes have skyrocketed. I used to reside in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and houses are in the million-dollar range, with no beachfront or land. Most owners keep their homes very lovely, such as what is here. You are paying for location only. I resorted to moving to central California to afford a decent home. I paid 380k with 3 bedrooms and a pool. The previous owners took excellent care of the house I purchased. I did not have to do any fixer-ups just brought my style. I rate this home a 10 on how beautifully it stands inside and out, but the price I rate is a 4. It is significantly overpriced.

I am so very sorry for the padding of BIg E as she always so lovingly called him. He was the love of her life as you could always tell by the way she talked about him. One of my favorite architectural styles--the mid-century modern ranch--with updated upgrades! In my neighborhood (south Georgia), this home might sell for around $300K to $400K. The reasons it's valued at over a million are probably its location and an association with a famous celeb. I wouldn't be surprised if Judge Toler has real estate holdings worth several million$. She's a brilliant woman.

These days, be blessed with what you can have. I've seen people that have the most beautiful homes and the bling bling cars, guess what, the cars were rationalized to small, yet affordable and the home was downsized to small and affordable. I don't judge what ever makes him/her happy. Believe me, come from living in the hood to living nice now and I do not complain. I am blessed than some. The value is correct. Over 3,000 square feet. I also took the land into consideration. In major cities, homes with less square footage and NO yard are valued more. Would I buy it, Yes, if I could afford it. The house also looks like it is an older house, well-built. You can't find houses that are well-built anymore.

Ahhh the best thing about this house is the outdoors which is huge but there's absolutely nothing going on with the outdoors. I give this house a five I don't even think she needs this huge space any more .there is no spunk no spark no life it's just flat .
