If the mom’s father lives in the house with her dad shouldn’t he be paying some rent so more money can go to the younger children.

It was my understanding ss benefits are to cover 1/2 the housing not to cover the mom’s portion.

Hi @ontropolis I was wondering if you ever found out if there was a resolution in the Baby Dennis case? The case where the "dad" had killed the mom and the 2 families were fighting for custody.
