Ms. defense attorney, you shaking your head throughout the judge’s comments, delaying rising for the judge leaving and saying “this is bs” (17:06) to your client at the end is a disgrace to your profession. He will be tried for murder and I pray justice for Dee will finally be had.

Why is the defense attorney shaking her head, and sarcastically smiling while talking to Dale as the judge is speaking? Very unprofessional…And to say “this is bull $hit”??? I’ve never seen such disrespect allowed in a courtroom without being called out. I understand she wants to win the case, but her blatantly obvious disgust as a professional does not belong in the courtroom. Aren’t there rules against that kind of behavior? Her behavior is bs. It was a disrespect and disregard to the family of Dee, Dee herself and the court.

He was not good enough for her. His ego was crushed suddenly realizing this beautiful, popular, intelligent woman did not want him any more. He did not want her to be happy and would rather commit this awful crime. He would rather be in jail for life then see her without him.

I came back to visit the trial again. Last week in August 2024 Law Enforcement believes they have found her body in a huge farming tank that was freshly painted, resealed back up and appeared different than the rest of them on the property. I pray Dee Ann Warner gets the Justice she so deserves. Prayers for her Family and 🧡 Friends.

I know this goes without saying but Keyana doesn’t have ANY, I mean ANY insight. NONE! At the end, when she plays that video for the police of her being so rude & nasty to that lady on the phone, she doesn’t even seem to be embarrassed. Hearing her voice being so nasty to a nice woman trying to help her has no effect on her. Most people, me included, don’t like to hear their own voice on recording, even when saying the most benign of things. I can’t image voluntarily playing a recording of myself being so rude.

My Florida wife had attacked 3 men in their homes AND been arrested for it BUT never prosecuted. I became the 4th man she attacked in Florida. Now, Phil is her current boyfriend and the 5th Florida man who had to be rescued by the Police from the violent woman. This time, the 12 year old had dialed the Police at the request of his father who was being attacked while the 3,4 and 5 yr old children cowered in the corner. Law Enforcement and the FBI is a clean up crew. They don’t keep anyone safe.
