She's an exemplary for how Judges should be. She doesn't abuse her power and talk down to people. Her approach is firm with love and integrity. If they gave out awards. She is deserving of it. Attitude always determines Attitude and she's definitely going to go higher

She's an excellent judge, but if I was a criminal, I think I would hope to get someone else. I do agree with the punishment she gives nearly all the time. She gives them what they need, and so much, if they follow all of it, they won't have time to mess up

@@rickarra1833I agree if I were still an addict getting in trouble is want someone else. Addicts go from no rules to her get clean, get a job in 30 days all these classes that we know are going to mess with work. It's too much to soon

I just love judge Boyd miss Boyd is so gorgeous beautiful hair beautiful features she’s solid as a judge. I just love her purses and the fact she has flowers behind her everyday. Her mother must be so proud of her. ❤

@sheilahill981 I love the purse collection & flowers as well. I chuckled on a previously shown video, she mentioned she is not allowed to touch them per order of one of her assistants! Apparently she does not have a green thump!

Love Judge Boyd 💖

Judge Boyd looks tied. Day after day she has to face people who struggle with life and some make terrible choices. I hope she gets good vacation time and a chance to sit in the sun. She is a wonderful woman, a true professional.

I think it would be funny to walk up to her in court and instead of saying hello judge, say, hey Stef, how ya doin. Then just watch the look on her face for a second before I start cracking up. I know I'm touched

Yea I don't think that would go over to well

You can only be in court unless you are a defendant. So go ahead

I wish all Judges were as good as Judge Boyd. I would love to have her here in the UK as a Judge. She reminds me of Judge Judy when she sat on the bench in New York.

How does a person being charged with a first degree felony get probation.

I guess somewhere in here she sentences a guy to prison lol

They should ask the person to state their age!! Thats very important.

The court shouldnt take thst either!! Up the road he goes for about 15 or 20 years!! Then we we will know where he is, behind bars!! He can drink at those bars!!

If they come to court in their “plea deal day” Or sentencing day…..the DEFERRED should be off the table! Positive for weed and ecstasy and probably more. Judge Boyd tighten your loose purse strings.

The No Contest plea is a joke. It’s a way people can get a way to take NO responsibility 🤬🤬🤬
@sagthenaturalsiren59974 ай бұрын
Courts see it the same as guilty as far as sentencing
@zeriyx2 ай бұрын
it's to avoid potential liability or financial issues on the civil side. it's essentially abguilty plea in the criminal court.
@jennifernordhoff64787 ай бұрын
Judge Boyd stop wasting taxpayer money on people who keep using drugs! Geez. If you punish them maybe they will get the hint. Way too many criminals in her court get DEFERRED….and that’s BS
@robinhughes68927 ай бұрын
This is ONLY plea deals. She does trials too! They are on a different day!

This is barely the amount of people she sees everyday. Plus, most video creators don't show the boring stuff. Most creators only show the exciting cases.

It's not just her courtroom. Lots of others do this.

This is a wise judge, and I think most of the time she makes correct decisions.
@jasonmccord97786 ай бұрын
Actually when put on deferred the defendant pays for everything and then some. When you put people in prison is when taxpayer money is spent
@dottyebenton53527 ай бұрын
Why is this defense attorney dressed so casually? I thought they were supposed to be in suits.
@jenniferthacker42317 ай бұрын
He's not a defense attorney, he's from Veterans court.

You know what I really like a judge Stephanie Boyd but I really think she's a little strict but I guess that's what the people in Texas want. But don't get me wrong I do not smoke marijuana but she is totally wrong about her opinion of marijuana. And why any young black people that want to be thugs and commit crimes would want to live in Texas is beyond me. But she said she doesn't allow people on drugs to work as home health care workers if you fired every nursing assistant that smoke marijuana this country would have a health crisis.. I can't believe she really believes that. If she does she's out of touch with reality and I would question her mental competency. For all intensive purposes marijuana is a harmless drug. Alcohol is 10 times more dangerous than marijuana . I'm hoping and praying that she just takes that stand as a political expediency. I'll be so disappointed if she really believes that.
