As far as mainstream cartoons go, Bret Hart was in The Simpsons, as was the McGuire twins (at something like 1300lbs, they are the heaviest tag team of all time) and there may be more, as the Simpsons has a such a massive catalogue. The McGuire twins also make somewhat of an appearance on Family, but they were known by a different name in there. In terms of cartoons inside the wrestling bubble, WWE obviously created some cartoon stuff a few years back. And Hulk Hogan had a kids show, something like "Hulk Hogan's Rock n Wrestling" or something of the sort. It had guys like Hulk, Andre, Piper etc in there.
