No bus, he couldn’t walk or bicycle to the school, parents didn’t have the means or ability to take him to and back. It happens, did when I was a kid. A student doesn’t show up at the start of the next year, still in the area, definitely was not going to another school. At 12, still supposed to be attending but the county just looked the other way.

In this case he has had only one. That he has gone through multiple lawyers on other cases can not be held against him on this case. For his last case he had a stand by attorney. The guy only sat at his table and said nothing. Martin conducted thr entire trial. Until the close argument where he refused to stop raising issues that the judge had previous ruled were not allowed. Mainly that Martin could not instruct the jury on his opinion of the law. That is done by the judge in the jury instructions. Eventually the judge shut Martin down and his attorney completed the closing argument (and pretty much threw Martin under the bus.) Hopefully he will get the same attorney for this trial.
