Actually, that can happen in CA. DMV screwed up my registration and threatened to revoke my license if I didn’t pay them what I had already paid. It was a big mess, but I got them straightened out.

I don't know why she thought her argument of not having a physical address was an excuse not to pay for the car. If you buy a car and crash it the next day you still owe the money for the car. That's not the sellers problem. Smh. Crazy the things people will make up just to get out of an obligation.

It’s interesting the plaintiff referred to the defendant as his “surrogate son”. This young man seems to have had very little guidance, mentoring, parenting…He seems very lost and unsure. His girlfriend isn’t much better. Don’t think it’s a lack of intelligence, think he hasn’t been taught. My observation could be wrong…just seems lost, he doesn’t understand what’s being asked. 😢 too bad

The plaintiff is entirely to blame because how am I going to give money and lend money for two cars to two elderly people who do not have a license because they must have had problems previously, that is why they do not have a license. Neither of them now want to pay, but they should not pay because the bald man, the plaintiff, was the one who lent the money without asking for one or two licenses from these two good-for-nothings!😂😂😂😂

⁠the last video I watched a woman sold a girl a car and didn’t get paid. She knew the girl didn’t have a valid license but did it anyway. judge Judy said she came to court with dirty hands, that she had to come to court on good terms but because she chose to sell a car to someone without a valid license that she knew was going to drive the car that she was helping the person break the law and the case was thrown out and the woman didn’t get any money for the car. I was surprise that when the defendant said he didn’t have a valid license that Judge Judy didn’t question whether the man knew and sold the car anyway.
