The are support personal who are certified by Google to help solve problems for users, on a volunteer basis. IT specialist who are not paid. WE do it because WE like problem solving.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. You CANNOT CHANGE a review on Google from a 1 star to a 5 star on someone else's business. I don't think you can even delete the review. Once it's there, your only option is to REPLY. That's IT. I know because I've left BAD reviews and bad comments and their only option was to reply. The stars remained the same. They won't be able to prove that he hacked them. This 'contributor' can't prove that.

A witness can be anyone who has information pertaining to the case, allowed to speak on what they saw. An expert witness must be an accredited source, accepted by both parties and the judge, and then they can conferr information based on their field of knowledge. Anyone can use the title of expert without actually being recognized as one, just like anyone can claim to be a Lord or Lady on their passports... but that doesn't mean getting a certificate from Established Titles makes you an actual Scottish Lord or Lady.

You are right on most counts. Anyone who brings an expert witness does so to bring credibility to their side and with someone who will skew heavily on their own favor. However, I do believe she is too entitled to realize her case has no merrit, and no more class than to buy a suit from Walmart. As for the mod, you're right on the money there... pomp and circumstance for being a volunteer.

This is the client giving him access to Google business as most marketing agencies need. And he said "Can I put a review on my page" and she said yes. And now they are going back on it. These people tried to take advantage of him as a business. They wanted more than they would pay for. They had the stupidity to build their own website and expect him to coach them through it. Judge Judy did not understand what the expert was trying to say. There were two incidents. One was using their email/password, which the defendant knew because they used the same email/password with him, to change their review from 1 to 5. The second incident was creating a fake profile with a different email, a stolen profile pic and a slightly different username to pretend to be Dr. Donna and leave a 5 star review.

No, I later realized Dr. Skerry has multiple Gmail accounts, and didn’t realize she left the reviews on her two different accounts. If you Google her, you will see if she left herself a positive review with a totally separate account. She left me a negative review, and then after I called her she left me a positive review in addition to the negative review. Then when I called her about the negative review, she couldn’t figure out how to “unlock it.” That’s because she was logged in to the account that left a positive review not the negative… whole thing gives me a headache and I really didn’t care until she sued me. After all, negative reviews are just part of doing business!
