Well the boy did admit to knocking her stuff from her hands first, it was only after that she pushed him according to the boy. It's not that unsual to come back a couple of times after moving out to get your remaining items, specially if you are suing a small car to transport your items. The boy supposedly thought she was taking their shampoos and other toiletries that weren't even hers, but I seriously doubt that claim. I so not think the girl was entirely wrong because the boy did admit to getting physically aggressive before the girl did, even in his own statement, not to mention punched her across the face in retaliation to a push. They both have serious issues, the boy and his family don't seem very innocent either, even though the girl maybe at fault more by entering the house without permission.

Judges have codes of conduct and ethics that must be followed. I've heard her be downright cruel to litigants. Also, I read an article about JJ and apparently when she got her new show, Judy Justice, she invited many of the old employees from Judge Judy to come along with her, with one exception, she never asked Byrd. He said she never gave him an explanation even after working all those years by her side. To me, that's lame, she knew viewers liked Byrd more than her, imo. Not only that, but if u thought Ellen Degeneres was bad, JJ was worse, according to employees. I watch because I like to hear the cases, I also watch Judge Milian, who is a strict but kind judge, imo

@SecretShadowRings Жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say the Defendant's son beat up the Plaintiff. If what he was saying was true, then he merely knocked the belongings she had in her hands so she would leave empty handed. It initially didn't start as any physical hand confrontations until the Plaintiff shoved and hit the Defendant's son. Again, assuming what the son said was true. If anything, physical contact can be justified especially if there was a trespasser on your premises as they have no reason to be there, regardless if they had prior living presence

Sounds like a home invasion. Why would these two other people be with her with guns in the first place?

She and the strangers she brought with her are in his home uninvited and refusing to leave. I wouldn’t hold it against him if he did hit her. You play stupid games…

If she had paid rent for that month and still had the key, legally she's not trespassing. Until the last of that month, she still has legal right to go get her stuff from the house. That's where technicalities come in that could hurt the defendant's case.

I don't know if I missed something but when the plaintiff said she moved out, I didn't hear anything saying that she moved out because she was kicked out or had issues with the family and needed to leave. It sounded like she just found her own place. No one mentioned that she was told not to come back etc. So when someone moves, if they can't take everything at once and are able come back and get the rest of their stuff later, that's not that uncommon or a huge deal. JJ is acting like returning to grab the remainder of her stuff was wrong of her and she deserved what happened...
