Well the boy did admit to knocking her stuff from her hands first, it was only after that she pushed him according to the boy. It's not that unsual to come back a couple of times after moving out to get your remaining items, specially if you are suing a small car to transport your items. The boy supposedly thought she was taking their shampoos and other toiletries that weren't even hers, but I seriously doubt that claim. I so not think the girl was entirely wrong because the boy did admit to getting physically aggressive before the girl did, even in his own statement, not to mention punched her across the face in retaliation to a push. They both have serious issues, the boy and his family don't seem very innocent either, even though the girl maybe at fault more by entering the house without permission.

@@toobaaaapi sure but he also claimed she was taking things that didn’t belong to her. Doesn’t matter what those things were, she was out of line. Him responding by knocking down her things isn’t a big deal when taking her thievery into account. She is the one who chose to make it all physical. And if a grown woman could push someone over that then I definitely believe she did more than just push.

She disappoints all the time because her behavior isn't that of a real judge's and if she pulled the shenanigans while residing on the bench in a real court, she'd end up disbarred, or at least she wouldn't be a judge. Judges have codes of conduct and ethics that must be followed. I've heard her be downright cruel to litigants. Also, I read an article about JJ and apparently when she got her new show, Judy Justice, she invited many of the old employees from Judge Judy to come along with her, with one exception, she never asked Byrd. He said she never gave him an explanation even after working all those years by her side. To me, that's lame, she knew viewers liked Byrd more than her, imo. Not only that, but if u thought Ellen Degeneres was bad, JJ was worse, according to employees. I watch because I like to hear the cases, I also watch Judge Milian, who is a strict but kind judge, imo

This situation so spiraled out of control. Never, ever ever rent a room to or from anyone who is going to live in the home also. They will never treat your home with the care and respect that you do and they will never give you enough privacy and space that you are paying for. But if you ever leave especially when on bad terms make a list of the things you need to claim. If there are any problems with your list then you can deal with it before hand. Fx the parents can work full time and have no worries. Its the same for free hospitals and aæmost all healtcare. You are vertical upside down my world in Denmark. Most taz here are investments for children, whcich by free good schools and education becomes good taxpayers and pay beck with interest. USA is so behind in thinking in those matters. You has other problems in the same way from Portland over Califonia water included all the way too tennesee. We solve so many things by tax. In Denmark more people in % had jobs. 0:45 - That's nice that somebody, unilaterally tries to create a forced bailment and just pass responsibility off to take care of her car . "I didn't need the other one at the time." No agreement, just selfishness. A New World is Coming. This attitude is poison. If you do this, STOP DOING IT! Do better!

oh and he was threatening to shoot the boy inside the BOY'S own home! Wow, that guy really is a winner. The boy should've pressed charges against that old bastard for assault AND for trespassing. Wish there had been another person there to whack the old fart with a bat across the head. It would've been self defense because the guy had ZERO business being in that house.

I like how she brought the mob guy with her to back her up. The judge should have asked if he have the gun with him now and as soon as he said no then she could snap back that he does not carry with him at all times.🤣🤣

Everything else aside, If I were Judge Judy I would have a very hard time putting up with those over exaggerated faces that the defendants and their “witnesses” were making. In fact, I probably wouldn’t have.

Americans: it is completely weird that people just carry around guns all the time. Would you consider it weird if people carried around swords? We are in the modern world not the 18th century.

So she's taking care of someone's kids, then the kid beats her up when she's trespassing and stealing stuff. Way to go to court and embarrass yourself. Kid shouldn't have hit her, but if she didn't have permission to be there, she shouldn't get anything.
@SecretShadowRings
@SecretShadowRings Жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say the Defendant's son beat up the Plaintiff. If what he was saying was true, then he merely knocked the belongings she had in her hands so she would leave empty handed. It initially didn't start as any physical hand confrontations until the Plaintiff shoved and hit the Defendant's son. Again, assuming what the son said was true. If anything, physical contact can be justified especially if there was a trespasser on your premises as they have no reason to be there, regardless if they had prior living presence

If she had paid rent for that month and still had the key, legally she's not trespassing. Until the last of that month, she still has legal right to go get her stuff from the house. That's where technicalities come in that could hurt the defendant's case.

I don't know if I missed something but when the plaintiff said she moved out, I didn't hear anything saying that she moved out because she was kicked out or had issues with the family and needed to leave. It sounded like she just found her own place. No one mentioned that she was told not to come back etc. So when someone moves, if they can't take everything at once and are able come back and get the rest of their stuff later, that's not that uncommon or a huge deal. JJ is acting like returning to grab the remainder of her stuff was wrong of her and she deserved what happened...
